Our stay was all we needed and more. The condo was clean, well supplied with towels and rags. Kitchen is clean and up to date! View was amazing. We are looking forward to returning!

The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we spent many hours out there watching the dolphins or stargazing. The pool area and access to the beach was great and we really appreciate that we could have a parking space for guests. I would highly recommend this place!

Great location- clean- would not stay in this rental again

As a former Floridian/gulf coast my family returns multiple times a year, usually changing up the beach and rental based on availability and time. We were in Perdido key just 2 months ago and stayed at a beautiful property .5 mi down at half the cost. That rental company text me the morning of, offering early check in, and phenomenal experience. This property. I asked for notification if option of early check- response- would let me know. At 2:30 we decided to check out where the property was and hit the beach- the cleaners were leaving the room at that time (check in was 4)- I never received early notification. As soon as I arrived I recognized wear and tear & poor maintenance in the condo. The washer/dryer door handle was falling off, the curtain rod was obviously in drywall and pulling off- literally looked like it would fall at any moment. The hot water in kitchen sink was not even an option as whomever installed it placed the location of the handle as it couldn’t turn hot. The paint was obviously beat up on walls. I sent these pics immediately to the rental property. Instead of concern, a discount- the response I got was “thanks we will note so as to not charge you”!!! Whaaaat?! I’m not a spring breaker here to crash after a party. My family spent double the price for half the square feet than just 2 months prior and so many other rentals. The property itself also needs more attention. Parking was GREAT, access to beach GREAT.

Easy access parking and easy access to the room. The key code did not work on the door that was given to us but with a phone call we received a new door code and was able to gain entry. Overall great room and beautiful views along with easy access to the beach. The room was equipped nicely with everything needed for what we needed to make dinner and breakfast with. Overall very happy with our stay.

Clean and cute

Very easy check in and check out process. It was just my Husband and I and it was enough space for us. You could certainly have more people just know it will be tight, but it’s clean and in a great location. We brought ‘zero gravity’ chairs and sat in them on the balcony. The Jack & Jill bathroom was a great layout. The bunks (we didn’t use) had drawers underneath and cute lights for each bunk. There’s a longer mirror in the hallway. Which was nice. One thing my husband LOVED was the parking space. It was right when you come into the parking deck and on the side was stairs so there wasn’t a parking spot RIGHT by and it allowed good loading. I don’t know. Man things. Anyway, I feel like the space is worth the price. Have fun!!

Stayed just myself and my 2 daughters and it was everything I would've wanted. The condo was clean and had beautiful views. The instructions fr everything were clear. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Condo was very nice and beachy decor. The balcony was amazing. Beautiful views and the bar height furniture was perfect for viewing many dolpins and even some whales!

Relaxing getaway

This condo was perfect for a beach lover like me! The views were absolutely gorgeous, and I got to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The parking garage was a plus, and this condo is right next to the elevator, which made it super easy to unpack my car. Beach access was perfect! Thanks to the accessibility mat, there were no stairs. I was able to carry my beach gear easily. This place was ideal for a relaxing getaway! access

Great week on Perdido Key!

Fantastic location, right on the beautiful Gulf. The parking garage was a big bonus, easily accessible to the elevators. The amenities were numerous, including beachfront showers, "borrowed" beach toys, vending machines, clean, well-equipped kitchen, two smart TVs in separate rooms, and two separate bathrooms. The bunk bed mattresses were not very comfortable for an adult, but the linens were freshly cleaned and we had what we needed. We used the dishwasher and laundry appliances, which worked well. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
