Este hermoso apartamento de lujo ha sido cuidadosamente restaurado. Cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas al tiempo que mantiene sus techos abovedados originales del siglo XVI y paredes de tufo expuestas. La cocina tiene una estufa y horno de gas profesional de 5 quemadores, lavaplatos Miele, microondas incorporado, refrigerador / congelador de doble puerta y 2 islas. El concepto abierto de comedor 8. La sala de estar alberga asientos para 8 y un televisor de pantalla grande. La suite principal incluye acceso a la terraza privada, cama king, área de descanso y un gran baño con ducha y bañera. We stayed in the apartment for a month and everything was perfect, from start to finish. Oxana, the onsite manager, arranged for our monthly parking and helped us move in. She was available whenever needed and was easy to reach. The apartment was large and well maintained. It had every appliance needed, including washer and dryer and air conditioners for when it got hot in late May. The patio was shaded and offered a relaxing place for coffee in the mornings and for reading in the afternoons. We highly recommend it.

Our week in Orvieto

We had a great week in Orvieto. The property was WONDERFUL. Everything was pristine. Check in was great. Oxana was very helpful. The property location is perfect, very close to all the attractions, but quiet. The patio space was lovely. Can't say enough about this stay! Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Place to Stay

I stayed in this beautiful place for almost five weeks while other family members came and went. Everything about it was perfect - decor, location, amenities, friendly owners. I felt at home immediately. I highly recommend it as a perfect "home base" for exploring Orvieto and nearby Italy.

Fabulous place

I can't say enough good things about the apartment. It is roomy, beautifully appointed and fully supplied, extremely well located (steps, as they say, from pretty much everything in Orvieto), and well maintained by owner and manager. Four adults and two kiddoes, 3 and 7, fit comfortably. The kitchen is especially good. Exceptional in every respect.

Great location, near to all we wanted to see. Located at the top so we didn’t have to climb to get where we were going. Near very good restaurants. When we needed to go off the town the taxi came to our front door. In only 10 days many locals knew our name. Very friendly town. We will be back.

Gracious living in Orvieto

Excellent location in this charming town! Very spacious apartment with well appointed kitchen. Comfortable living room was great for relaxing after long days of sightseeing and we really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine. The beds were comfortable and the laundry facilities were a boon after 2 weeks on the road. It’s also close to the parking garage which we found reasonably priced. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Stay in Orvieto

We loved the property — it was well situated to allow for exploring Orvieto and the surrounding region. The property is lovely, clean, safe and quiet. Oxana was extremely helpful in answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable. We had a small issue with the shower and she arranged for the plumber to arrive the next day. The kitchen is well stocked and it was a joy to cook in.

Perfect Stay in Orvieto

Everything about this was perfect for me, from start to finish. Apt is in a perfect place, right near Piazza del Reppublico. Restaurants, shopping, piazzas all within easy walk. The apt is beautiful, extremely well done. A super kitchen & great room. Master bedroom delightful. Very nice porch & lovely old building. Roy & Deb were helpful & friendly. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Great comfort and fantastic kitchen in historic building

We, 2 adults, stayed at this wonderful apartment from May 7 to 14th, 2022. We found it well and comfortably furnished and were very happy that the kitchen is equipped in a way that shows that someone really does actually use it and likes to cook since one of our favorite things to do is shop for local produce/ingredients and cook. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace for our morning coffee and evening aperitivo and imagining the history of Adolfo Cozza's palazzo. Grazie mille!

What can you say?

What can you say about an apartment that is the cleanest, most equipped and comfortable place to stay with a bonus of being located close to all the sights of Orvieto. We visit Italy at least once a year for several weeks at a time and have rented everything from country and seaside villas to city apartments and this apartment was impressive. The owner and property manager were easy to deal with and the helpful details provided were the most complete and extensive we have encountered.

The apartment is even better in person than in the photos. We were two couples traveling together and having the bedrooms located on opposite sides of the apartment afforded us both privacy. The common area including kitchen, dining, and livingroom was large enough to give us space when we were together. Not only is the kitchen fully equipped for making meals but much thought has gone into making sure our stay was comfortable. There was a shopping cart for us to use on market days, complete instructions on how to use appliances (there is even a kitchenaid mixer), and lots of info on how to get around town and sites to see. Lastly, the apartment is beautifully decorated - we hated to leave. Btw, the manager of the apartment was charming and always helpful and on hand when we had questions.

Great Orvieto experience!

Beautiful apartment--just great for two couples. Kitchen was amazing, with every possible need met! We loved eating and lounging in the lovely outside area. Owners were great to deal with and provided wonderful restaurant and market suggestions. Great location for walking everywhere in town. Didn't need a car--took buses, cabs, train to get around. Some appliances were a challenge--washer/dryer took a long time, and mastering the espresso machine was a real highlight! Slight street noise from front two bedrooms--ceiling fans helped and we did not need the windows open at night. Don't know if this would be an issue later in the summer. We had a stunningly beautiful week of weather the first week of June. Temps were starting to rise as we left. We loved our week in Orvieto and our time in this apartment. Just great!!

Favorite vacation rental ever! We loved everything about the apartment. The location was perfect, the home was clean and welcoming and all of the furnishings were so comfortable. Communication with Michelle and Oxana was great. And Oxana really went above and beyond to help us during our stay. I would recommend doing a thorough check of the kitchen before picking up any basics at the store, we accidentally duplicated items that were already provided. The book providing all of the house details was the most thorough I've ever seen, which was awesome! The only thing I would add for future guests is how to turn on the exterior stairwell lights as they are very dark in the evening. (We thought the light switches were doorbells, so didn't push them until we finally asked. oops!)My only other suggestion would be to have a few throw blankets for use on the terrace. It was so lovely and comfortable, but was a bit too chilly to use in the mornings and evenings when we most wanted to use it. No complaints though! Just an observation. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home. We are thoroughly in love with Orvieto and hope to return to both the city and this apartment, very soon!

Phenomenal property, location & property manager

This property is breathtaking and very clean. It is by far the best equipped property we have stayed at using VRBO. The gourmet kitchen had everything we could have needed. There were six adults (3 couples) in our group, and our stay was for two weeks. The kitchen, living room and master suite are large. The "House Information" binder was very informative about the village and area. We loved the private outdoor patio space to relax & drink wine after a busy day. The village of Orvieto offers so much to do and explore. There are so many restaurants, bakeries and shops. There are a few small grocery markets as well to grab what you might need. The train station is at the base of the village which was great when we ventured out to Rome. The property manager, Oxana, is a true gem. She was so helpful, and quick to respond when I had a question. She helped us locate a particular bakery, and gave us the info to take a cooking class. Oxana also checked in with me to see how our trip was going. I highly, highly recommend this property. I would not recommend that you try to drive in this village. There isn't parking near the property and the locals are driving fast through the tiny twisted streets. You are not allowed to drive on some streets, and others are only one way. Look into using the Funicular, or a taxi when entering or leaving the village.
