I really wanted to leave positive feedback…but the property management company is NOT great! Two days before our trip, i receive a voicemail stating the video arcade system no longer works no ETA on when it would be fixed. It is 1/3 of the game room…and should be fixed!On day of arrival, we receive a call an hour before we ready to check-in and receive yet another voicemail stating they need to push our check-in time back an hour. Upon arrival, garbage was all of the driveway and we cleaned it up. When I called the property manager, they told me due to the holiday garbage was not picked on Friday and they would get to it next week. Really? How about hauling the garbage away when you clean the property.I mean you had an extra hour on my dime and still could not manage to do it. Maybe fix the latch on the door for the garbage, and you would not have this issue. We let management know the latch was broken, even sent pictures…and no one ever came to fix it during our week stay.In addition, the refrigerator door was broken. They did come and fix it the next day.I called and asked for the property management team to call me to discuss the issues at hand…and no one has called me to date. We checked out on the 13th and still nothing. The home itself was beautiful, but unfortunately due to the fact the property manager showed zero concerns with our issues, I cannot provide a good review. What a shame!
