The first day there, we had no running water. Contacted host who afvised the water may have been temporarily shut off and would likely be back on within 30 mins. Was advised to wait and if not back on, to reach back out. Asked if the hotel would know and host said they wouldnt be able to help. When the water did come back on, we didnt have hot water. Contacted host again thru email- we did receive a response but not for hours. Host did follow up again on the second day and I responded via email to which we still had no hot water. 6 to 8 hours later we received a response offering us another room at a different resort. Ours rooms heating/air was managed by the hotel- we stayed cold night 1 and 2 due to this. Can definatley tell there is some age with the resort- when u walked in the room it just smelled older. Room was fully stocked with necessities. Liked that it had a full kitchen and full washer/dryer. The room has tremendous beachfront views.
