Daytona Beach Resort - ¡TE ENCANTARÁ nuestro 1 dormitorio frente al mar! GRANDE 1 habitación es de 750 pies cuadrados y podría acomodar un colchón de aire si es necesario. GRAN balcón, (aproximadamente 13 x 6): perfecto para disfrutar del amanecer o ver las olas en un día ventoso. Perfecta vista al mar desde la sala de estar. Este condominio tiene un plano de planta abierto, con sala de estar cocina separada por un mostrador / isla para un ambiente familiar más informal. Salón amueblado con sofá cama - sillón - TV con cable y mesa con 2 sillas. La cocina está totalmente equipada, todos los utensilios: ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina. Los electrodomésticos de la cocina incluyen refrigerador de tamaño completo: microondas, estufa (4) y horno de convección. Dormitorio independiente con 2 camas queen, un segundo televisor y DVD / VCR para niños u otros huéspedes (por lo que no están todos en una habitación grande). Took 4 girls on spring break great place! Very clean, safe and convenient to everything. Can’t wait to comeback when all the hurricane damage is repaired.

Room Great Pool Terrible

Room was fine. No one stated that every time they shutdown the outside pool for thunder they also shutdown the inside pool. As everyone knows it rains and thunders almost daily so both pools were shutdown daily. The whole point of staying with a place with an indoor pool is so the kids could swim. First place that ever has done this that I stayed at! Wouldn’t have booked if this was known beforehand. All for safety but the reasoning was ridiculous. Everyone in the indoor pool were mad! Kids crying!

I was already staying at 2700 North Atlantic Avenue in another condo I borrowed I just recently relocated to Daytona Beach and I needed to continue to stay in the condos there because I enjoyed the location and I enjoyed the ambience I enjoyed being able to feel the freedom so I went to verbo to see what was available and I found one on the second floor and that's the one is right here it was a very big space bigger than I saw in the photos I was amazed it was very clean the view changed the Night by night was very awesome the sounds of the ocean was calming before bed I was able to get used to going from a studio to a full one bedroom apart and needless to say it made me feel comfortable because I was not anxious anymore to go to my own place again at this stage in the game I was starting over and it was scary so this location allowed me to get reacquainted with my own self and learn the ins and outs of being in a smaller place in a different place but be comfortable the location is awesome there's stores across the street everything is available from alcohol to a cigar tobacco you needs to clothing to food to discount things to Walgreens I there are restaurants there as well access to the beach is just right out your back door the downside is that it is still being renovated because of the old hurricane damage but you still get to see the wildlife the Brewers you see families walking early in the morning couples the of the moon che the stars an

Daytona Beach Resort needs a lot of work

No restorations have been done following the hurricane from 2022, therefore, there was no pool, no beach access, no restuarant, no gym, no hot tub, nothing!!!! What pool was there was our view from the balcony filled with yucky green water. The elevator is not working on one side, so you have to walk all the way down another hallway to get to another set of elevators and it seemed like only one of those was working. The parking garage was closed. Definitely was not worth the money, and was not mentioned that the amenities would not be available until I called after arriving to see the conditions. According to those we talked with renovations will not even start until 2024. I will not be going back. We weren't even offered a discount price considering all we got was a room, with a crappy view of the green pool. The room itself was neat and clean and had plenty of room, but then you don't go to Daytona Beach to stay in your room.

Excellent place

It was easy to book, great communication. Clean room and convenient location to Publix, drug store and great seafood restaurants. Pool area nice, great kiddie pool and very convenient to beach ⛱️

Hermosa vista hacia el mar.

El tamaño de el apartamento es pequeño para 6 personas, la vista hacia el mar es preciosa, vale la pena. El hotel tiene piscina y 2 jacuzzis, uno no funciona, gym, restaurant. Honestamente debo decir que el servicio de limpieza en el apartamento es DEMASIADO malo, eso hace que la estadía no sea tan placentera. Las camas son incomodas, y por alguna extraña razón al tercer día despertamos con ronchas en el cuerpo,, sin comentarios. Tuvimos fallas con el aire acondicionado, pero un caballero fue a repararlo. Tiene la vista soñada hacia el mar, el amanecer se ve perfecto, por la noche las olas se escuchan tan hermosas y puedes dar caminatas relajantes a la orilla de el mar, vale la pena. Aunque recomiendo un cambio de compañía de limpieza sin dudarlo.

Girls Trip

The location was nice with a grocery store and other shopping across the street. The beach and pool was nice. The unit is dated and smelled very musty. We noticed the air conditioning unit was leaking water on the carpet and think maybe that is where the smell came from. The shower drains really slow. Other than that we enjoyed our trip.

Dirty floors broken fridge

Floors turned our feet black when walking on the carpet. The refrigerator would not cool upon arrival. On the third day they sent a repair person and it was kinda working then but still leaking water. So they said they would replace it after we checked out on Weds so it would not interfere with our vacation. They ended up coming that afternoon with another refrigerator that looked worse that the one they took out and it had issues with the doors closing. And no ice maker. The pools were closed that had handicapped lifts so our person in a wheelchair could not enjoy swimming or the hot tub because they had them closed. The only one open did not have a lift. Very disappointed

Pre winter get away

We absolutely loved this unit. Online description does not even do this property justice. Very spacious and clean. Other then buying a few groceries everything was right at our fingertips. The beach view is amazing and access to the water is quick. Staff was very friendly and helped us with all our needs.

They changed the code to get in the condo and didn’t get in touch with us.We had a bad experience then after about 15 minutes I called both the manager and the owner .The owner called back and gave us the new code.She apologized.We will stay with her again.Enjoyed our stay overall.

Our condo was not exactly what we expected in the layout- the bedroom got hot when you closed the hallway door - where the kids stayed. Great location for beach and pool was awesome! Room was good distance to car but we survived! Would stay at Daytona resort again!!!

The property and resort were as described

Resort and property were as described. We have stayed at same resort before and would go back. Some renovations and building repair being done but didn’t affect our stay. Were only a few minutes from boardwalk if driving and could walk there 2.6 miles on the beach. Pools and pool area were clean and not to crowded, nice that they are fenced of from general public.

Nice, Noisy, Dated

Nice, dated and worn, adequate for a week at the beach. The condo is directly over the kiddy pool with two nice large water falls running all day. Great for the kids, did I say noisy. Friendly staff. The condo itself is safe at its location but the building is severely damaged and is being repaired for what I would call structural damage. Many of the condos in the center part of the building are uninhabitable, the hot tubs are closed because of it. Overpriced for speed weeks. The parking garage is a nice feature. Not related to the condo experience, my car was vandalized at the board walk and there are a lot of vagrants at the board walk area. We won’t be returning to Daytona Beach.

Just home from short stay 5 nights in this condo. Loved the view and balcony of the condo. The resort was great a usual. Restaurants across the street and publix grocery also. I had everything I needed and was able to relax. TV and dvd player worked great and I was able to use the resort internet. This resort has security locks and you feel safe -- even at night.

our stay at daytona beach resort

On April 21,2014 my husband and I checked in to this establishment..to our surprise it was more than we expected. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. I brought beach towels on our travels and I didn't need to they were supplied. The balcony overlooking the ocean was unbelievable . It was just breath takin..the room was very comfortable..we had access to a shopping center directly across the street which was nice for cooking in an not spending money on dinning out all the time..the pool areas were very clean and had plenty of room so there was no over crowding..everyone there was very friendly..there was plenty to do during the night time and only a short distance up or down the road, we never had to travel far unless we chose to. We seen plenty of families there with children and they seemed to be enjoying them self..we noticed that on the weekend there was also entertainment in there dining room . They also were showing movies outside on the patio..we went on a vacation to relieve stress and relax from our very busy life back home and I can say we did enjoy our selves so much we hated to leave..so needless to say we are planning to go back to the Daytona beach resort.. I recommend this place 100 percent.
