Great house, amazing VRBO hosts!

The house was amazing and the owners were so generous, thoughtful, and welcoming. I would also add that they though of everything and treated renters like personal house guests taking the time to walk us through the house when we arrived.

This was a gorgeous property that had everything we needed for a family vacation and more! The beach setup was outfitted with games, water-equipment, and seating. Inside, we spent the week in a home with a perfect layout, beautiful furnishings, books and puzzles for the kids, and beautiful lake views throughout. The house and property were impeccably maintained and the hosts were extremely thoughtful, kind, and responsive. We used the home gym, hot tub, and beach extensively. Our children loved the bunk room, especially the vast library of books. We have stayed at numerous properties in the area over the years. We give this our highest recommendation!

Our family had an awesome experience staying at Someday. The home and setting are truly beautiful. The owners were extremely gracious and were available to answer any questions. Our expectations were exceeded.

I highly recommend staying here! The house is incredible and the view is spectacular. The owner was lovely and such a gracious host. They have literally thought of everything. This was the first trip we have taken since our son was born and it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a dream vacation, this is it!

Just perfect

We had the best time at Someday! The house is literally perfect -- I wouldn't change a single thing. It is gorgeous, in a beautiful location, has an amazing view of the sunset, the sunrises reflect off the water and distant islands in gorgeous ways, the hot tub is in a great spot for star gazing, the northern lights visited us TWICE while we were there, the kitchen has everything you could need, the bathrooms are spacious and well appointed, the beds are VERY comfortable, the fireplaces heat the rooms in the colder evenings and mornings. Honestly - I cannot say enough good things about this home. Ginger and Chris were so warm and welcoming and answered every question we had promptly. We went for daily walks on the beach, kayaked along the bay, played golf at nearby courses which were both fun and stunning, and went for hikes in Sleeping Bear. What a great vacation spot! We also found a great winery in the area where my daughter will be getting married next year! This place has it all. My only regret is that if too many people find out how wonderful it is, it may get booked up!

My husband and I are both from the beautiful state of Michigan. We met in college and actually got engaged on South Manitou Island which we see from our house! Although we raised our children in Colorado we were feeling a need to get back to the lake. So we started the search for the perfect property to build our dream home. We found it on Good Harbor Bay and built "Someday"! We would love to share her with people who will care for her as we would.

We are up on a dune so we have amazing views from our house and only a few stairs to reach our private beach. (See Pictures) The water is clear and the rock hunting is insane! We have sunsets that will take your breathe away. We were even amazed to be able to see the most beautiful Northern Lights from our beach recently. The beauty was magical!
