Arcs 1950 - Beautiful ski in ski out 4-bedroom apartment for 10 people

Our newly refurbished, 110sq meters, Mont Blanc and ski slopes facing, 4 bedrooms apartment is located in the center of the village in the Hameau du Glacier, on the 4th floor, with 2 large balconies and amazing views.
The apartment is perfect for 2 families coming together on vacation for example. The apartment is conveniently located ski in ski out of the slopes.
The entrance to the apartment (with a guest WC) leads to on the right one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second twin bed bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, then a large living room, the kitchen and dining area and on the other side, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second twin bed bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. The brand new and well equipped kitchen has an electric oven with induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, full sized dishwasher, pantry cupboard, Nespresso machine (we do not provide the Nespresso capsules), toaster, electric kettle and coffee filter as well as all the usual cookware, crockery, glassware and a wine fridge. Next to the kitchen is a dining area for 10 and comfortable lounge area, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and DVD player. There is a selection of DVDs, books and board games and a PS4. All the rooms have closets and there is a safe box in each double room of the room. There is a washing machine (combined dryer) in the apartment and large washing machines and dryers in the building. We provide with all the towels and linens, soap and shampoo, and a utility kit (one sponge, one kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, and detergent).
The apartment is fully cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.
It is possible to add a baby bed in one of the double-bed bedroom for an additional fee and to add a sofa bed in the living room for an additional fee.
You will have access to four ski lockers which are conveniently located just inside the door of the ski-in / ski-out boot room on the mezzanine floor of the Hameau du Glacier. You can also enjoy shared access of the heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi as well as a steam room, sauna and gym. There is also in the ski station a luxury Deep Nature Spa® Located in Sources de Marie Residence and an indoor pool in Le Prince des Cimes residence accessible by an inside bridge between the the Hameau du Glacier and the Prince des Cimes.
Building Hameau du Glacier is ideally located for all the local facilities. The building can be directly accessed from the central square of the village, once inside there is a lift which will take you up to the corridor where the apartment is located, or down to the ski lockers and to the slopes.
The village is car free and compact which makes it the perfect destination for families. All cars are parked underground upon arrival (payment required of additional 100 euros approx), or you can come by train to Bourg Saint Maurice. From there, either you take a taxi up to Les Arcs 1950 or the Funiculaire and then the bus. In resort there is a range of restaurants, cafes and bars and also an excellent bakery, local delicatessen and a well-stocked supermarket.
Ski hire is available from several outlets that also stock an excellent selection of ski and leisurewear. Other facilities include ATM machine, a toyshop and a sweet shop. Arc 2000 and all it has to offer is only a short cable car ride away.
Lift passes are available to purchase through the ski office and ski lessons can be arranged through ESF or Spirit 1950 Ski school who also run a kids club and crèche.
The resort organises a varied entertainment program each week with something for everyone.
On the Saturday of your rental week, you can arrive as from 5pm and we ask you to leave by 10am on the day of your departure.
No smoking, no pet, no parties.
