New to the rental market in summer 2023! Contemporary waterfront home designed for families and friends visiting the Leelanau Peninsula who are seeking an elevated experience at the most desirable location on north Lake Leelanau.

Minutes from Leland and Lake Leelanau, 12 minutes from Suttons Bay, and 25 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes, the home is located at the heart of everything the Peninsula has to offer. Situated directly on 100 feet of tranquil, sandy Lake Leelanau shorefront, enjoy swimming, boating, fishing off the dock, and relaxing on the lakeside deck with the new Jacuzzi hot tub.

At the end of a paved private road with four parking spots and a garage, the house is equipped with a smart lock for entry, high-speed internet, multiple smart TVs and audio system, central heat and air conditioning. The home is 3000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower.

Equipped with gas and charcoal grills, picnic table, fire pit and gas fireplace, as well as comfortable outdoor furniture including chaise lounge chairs, wicker Adirondacks, rockers, dining tables, three umbrellas and a signature vintage Coca-Cola cooler. Enjoy the canoe, rowboat, kayaks and paddle boards on Lake Leelanau and use our dock for your rental boat or ride around the Peninsula on the provided bicycles.

Dining room features seating for six, expandable to 12. Updated chef's kitchen with Viking six-burner stovetop and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave drawer, french press, coffee pot, blender, and a comprehensive set of cooking equipment. Large pantry with 2023 GE standing washer and dryer. The sunroom library features 55" smart TV and comfortable seating for reading while watching the wildlife on the lake.

Primary first floor bedroom has a new king size bed, dresser, walk-in closet, window seat, 55" smart TV, brand new private bathroom with tub, shower and heated bidet. Second first-floor cozy bedroom has a queen pull-out couch.

Third upstairs bedroom has a new king bed. Fourth upstairs bedroom has a full bed and desk. Upstairs bathroom has a brand new tub, vanity and shower. Upstairs loft has 77" smart TV for home theater enjoyment with a comfortable sectional couch that converts into a twin bed.

Lake Leelanau is special! It's smaller than Lake Michigan, so it's calmer water for Kayaking & Canoeing. The house was lovely. Right on the water, with beautiful sunsets. It was very up-to-date, with modern appliances. We really enjoyed our week there with family. Plenty of room for everyone.

Amazing house in the best location!

We spent a week at this beautiful home with 2 families (4 adults 4 kids) and had the best time. The house is even more stunning in person and has everything you need and more. The location is perfect, with easily accessible restaurants and activities. Hope to stay again!

Awesome property on the Lake, very peaceful

We had a wonderful stay at this property for a family reunion. The house has everything you could need for a group week getaway. Very peaceful on the Lake. Dock extends out on a huge sandbar. You basically have your own private sandbar. Kitchen had all necessities for cooking large meals. Bed was more comfortable than mine at home! Very clean and well taken care of. We plan to return.

Great Lakefront Home

What a beautiful home- larger size, great décor, breathtaking views of north lake Leelanau. It is very close to Leland, MI- just a few min drive or short bike ride. They have a property manager who is amazing - cannot say how great she is to work with, communicate with, attain recommendations from regarding restaurants, wineries etc. We have zero complaints and wouldn't change anything at all. The property was very well-equipped we didn't need anything. Will definitely repeat a vacation here.

A special note from the owners Come relax, swim, boat, and dine in comfort and luxury in this newly remodeled home less than 25 feet from the lake shore. My husband and I have been visiting this area for over twenty years and finally moved to the Peninsula from Chicago in August of 2022. We love to bike, kayak, cook, walk the Tart trail and visit the amazing restaurants in the community. We hope our home feels different to you than other rentals - this house has been in our family since it was built in the early 90's and it is full of art from our travels to Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East, and Mexico. We treat it with great care because it is our primary residence during the non-summer months and we want to be sure you are as comfortable in it as we are!
