We had a good stay! The location is nice —it is very easy to get to the reservoir, and having grocery stores so close by made our trip much more convenient. The included garage was a benefit, providing secure and easy parking.The host was very helpful and maintained excellent communication. His updates were always timely and contained all the information we needed for a smooth experience.

2nd time here

I will ALWAYS book this place when it's available! It was my 2nd time staying here and it was just as good as my first time. Super clean, no pet hair anywhere. Had all the amenities and supplies we could possibly need for our trip. 10/10 would recommend

We live locally and needed a place to stay while the interior of our house was being painted. It was close to our home which was a big plus for us. The property manager helped arrange additional nights when house wasn’t ready.We will recommend this property to friends and family that are expecting out of town guest.

Graduation

This is the 2nd time we stayed there and highly recommend it!!! The first for Thanksgiving break and this time for our daughter’s college graduation. The host is very quick to respond to any issues. If we ever come back for a lengthy stay it’s my number one choice!

The best place I've ever stayed BY FAR

The cleaner out-did herself, I was shocked by how clean it was! I was a little worried because this place allows pets and I'm very allergic to pet dander, but I didnt see a single pet hair anywhere and had no issues my allergies never flared up (And I looked hard for any evidence of pet hair)The kitchen was well-stocked & had everything we needed. Every time I thought we'd have to run to Kroger, we wound up finding what we needed in the cabinets. The amenities just kept coming!The host was so helpful and responded within a few minutes every single time I had a question. I ended up extending our stay for an extra night and he replied immediately and made that process quick and easy for me.It was also surprisingly affordable for a place with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I couldn't believe how little I paid for what was basically a whole house. The beds & couches were really comfy, I felt so at home while we were there.WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN!!

Nice location

The location was great, close to the water and places to eat and shop. It’s a bonus they let you bring your pets but I was disappointed that 48 hours before check in I get told additional house rules regarding the pets. All rules should be disclosed up front. The back fence needs work. The door doesn’t shut well and there are holes that need filling. The beds were comfortable and clean. Cleanliness was just ok.

Cozy 3 bdrm at Reservoir

Owner was very easy to contact and made sure we were well taken care of. The place was very clean and appeared nearly new. The location was great, also. Very near to a Kroger supermarket and some great restaurants. Almost everything we needed was already there and check-in was easy, too. We will definitely try to stay there again when we are next in the area.

Out stay in Mississippi

Michael's proerty was perfect. Fantastic stay near the big lake with plenty of great restaurants, shopping and a convenient grocery store (Kroger) just down the street. The neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet. It made for a great getaway. My new must stay while in town visiting family and friends.

Family vacation

House was perfect! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Televisions in each bedroom and living room which the grandchildren loved. House is in a great location near restaurants and shopping. Check-in and check-out were very easy. House was very clean, and the garage was fantastic as it rained as we were leaving. It was nice to not have to carry luggage and load the car in the rain. Will definitely want to stay in this house again if staying overnight in the Flowood area.

It is a cozy little home

We liked the location, easy check-in, lay-out and updates, and cleanliness of the home. It was a good resting spot for our family while we waited to be able to move into our home.
