Cheerful condo close to Main st., but away from the noise. Comfortable and cozy bedding and furniture with an unbeatable location. Second level Purple Sage Flats 8 gives you access to a cool outdoor space complete with fire pit, hot tub and grill with outdoor seating.

Close your eyes and imagine your ideal Moab vacation. What does it look like? Waking up early in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee as the sunrise slowly peaks over the trees? Or maybe it starts even earlier, shaking off the sleep to lace up your hiking boots and beat the sun as you set up your camera to capture the sherbet pink skies behind on of Utah’s iconic arches? Or even working on your bike in the bike tune station before hitting the slick rock trails.

However you choose to spend your day in Moab, you can always come home to Purple Sage Flats. Each room is thoughtfully appointed with designer furnishings, unique artwork, and colorful textiles. Sophisticated and sleek, modern yet cozy – this aesthetic makes anyone feel at home. A full sized kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need, is ideal for any fledgling chef.

After dinner, head outside to the fire pit as you sit beneath a blanket of stars stretched out above you. Rough day on the trails? Soak in the hot water of the hot tub outside as you enjoy your favorite frosty beverage.

Guest Access:
You will enjoy convenient and secure access to the unit thanks to our keyless entry system. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience

The Neighborhood:
We are located three block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.

Other Things to Note:
Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.
Hot Tub : For your comfort and safety we drain and replace our Hot Tub water early Sunday Mornings, This needed task in the winter months can or could result in the Hot Tub not reaching the desired Temperature until Monday
