Enjoy the unique setting in the heart of the Mont d'Arbois combining nestled location atop the Thelevey ridge with amazing panoramic views, immediate pedestrian access to the ski lifts and ski school, walk down to the village by the scenic chemin du Calvaire footpath without ever needing to take your car. Feel the comfort of this spacious and completely remodeled apartment on the top floor of the charming Chalet Griffon.
The apartment is part of the charming Chalet Griffon co-property located in the heart of the prestigious Mont d'Arbois area. Its unique location combines the advantages of being super close (200m 3mn walk) to the skiing area, the golf course and the Tennis club of the Mont d'Arbois, while being nestled in a tranquil area atop the Thelevey ridge surrounding the village with wide open panoramic views of the Val d'Arly, the Aravis and the Rochebrune mountain. You can walk down to the village directly from the apartment through the scenic and historical Sentier du Calvaire in about 15-20mn or ski down through the No9 ski run. There is also a conveniently located mini market 5mn walk away. Restaurant and cafe of the Golf du Mont d'Arbois, La Taverne Italian restaurant and the Refuge du Calvaire are all within a few min walk of the apartment. My wife Constance and I have strong roots in the Northern Alpes region since childhood. We have been going to Megeve regularly for the last 15 years and we have fallen in love with the scenic beauty of the valley at the foot of the Mont Blanc massif and the preservation of the village. Megeve uniquely offers many sports activities in winter and in summer alike while also offering worldclass shopping and restaurants. We wanted a place offering both calm and beauty for an authentic mountain experience but also close the village by foot so as to have the best of both worlds... And of course, it had to be within immediate access to the skiing area so we never had to think about taking the car... With the Chalet Griffon, we found our perfect place and we hope you will enjoy it too!
