Walk inside and you'll discover a comfortable living room adorned with soft seating and a large TV. The adjacent full-stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space - ensuring your cooking comes easily.

In each of the bedrooms, you'll find high-quality linens and welcoming color palettes, guaranteeing everyone's comfort. The kids will love the nautical decorations in their rooms, and you will appreciate the private washer/dryer, making chore time the least of your concerns. For your complete convenience, be sure to utilize the central air-conditioning whenever you need to cool off, and the USB port plugs in every room for when your phone needs a charge.

Outside, hang out around the outdoor bar, tune into a show on the outdoor TV, relax on the swing, and fire up the charcoal grill for a sweet summer barbecue. Additionally, outside, you'll have access to a second fridge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
