The last house on the street in a quiet neighborhood.  A recently installed gate and fence add additional privacy.  There is a flat yard which is great for playing games.  The driveway offers a great place to keep your boat and water toys.  We rent kayaks, paddleboards, a canoe for only $20/each/stay.  The community beach is just a 2-minute walk away where you can launch your water toys, lounge on the beach, have a fire, swim or any other fun activities you choose to do.  

End your nights with stunning sunsets, late night dinners or viewing the stars from the new rooftop deck.

There is a fire pit on the beach or a propane heater on the deck for those cool nights when you want to roast hotdogs and make s’mores or just have a fire to take the chill off.  This is the  perfect place to relax and enjoy!

The home has three bedrooms and three baths, large kitchen, dining room and living room, an outdoor patio and a rooftop patio, gas grill, propane fire pit and lots of Flathead Lake sunsets.  And the community beach is only a 2-minute walk from the house.

Guests supply their own transportation (Ubers, Lyft, and taxi services are few and far between in and around Woods Bay).  But rest assured, there is plenty of secured parking at the house.  Ample side streets are available for walking to a small market and restaurants. 

The house is private with a fenced yard, private gate and a private patio.  There is a gas grill available for cooking, board games, and puzzles in the house and a great yard for outdoor games.
