We stayed here twice, one night on our way to Hot Springs, Arkansas and then one night going back to Nashville for our trip home to Oregon. The first impression wasn't that good. There was just a little toilet paper and it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned. There were clumps of hair on the floor and toothpaste still in the sink. The host immediately responded when I messaged him and brought some toilet paper and a few other supplies. He said he was interrupted with an emergency before he finished cleaning. That being said, the return stay was very nice. Although the area is a little "iffy", it's quiet and there's a nice park across the street. The house was very clean this time. I'm glad there are second chances in this world because the host, obviously, tried.

The home itself was lovely. The rooms were very spacious comfortable. The floors were not cleaned very well and seemed a little unstable.

The advertised condition of this home is not what we found. We notified the host that we would be arriving a day late. When we arrived, the front door code that was provided did not work. We then found the side door unlocked and the house smelled of marijuana. The surrounding houses are boarded up with bars in windows and doors. Mattresses in lawns.All of the smoke detectors had been removed from the walls. There is also no base board trim in this house as advertised. There are cars parked in the yard behind the house. Couch cushions worn and broken down. I sent a text to the host that we would not be staying at this house due to the conditions. He was less than accommodating.

We were able to check in a little early, which was great, but there were a few things that need repair. The kitchen sink keeps falling off, and the master bathroom NEEDS A DOOR. Very bright when in use (shower curtain part way down doesn’t block light) towels were hard to find, and there was someone’s laundry in closets, along with bags from new sheets.

Very beautiful and spacious home but the WiFi was not found on settings and the password didn’t work. I tried to get in contact with owner but he didn’t respond. Other than that no problems with the house no big concerns.

The home was nice, but lacked a lot of essential items like towels, bath soap, dish soap, dishware. The master bath is missing a door for privacy. Main bath shades did not fully close and not private from outside. Home was advertised for many people but only very limited cups and dishes. Some broken fixtures in the kitchen as well. We did not feel safe in the neighborhood.

Not recommend for any one with some disabilities. Transition from dining room to kitchen a tripping hazard for any one. Back deck has loose boards and nail protruding. Text sent to host regarding item left behind. Host responded would check with cleaning crew and never heard back. Cleaning crew could use lesson in cleaning. Floors definitely need deep cleaning

My stay was very, very pleasant very good. The owner came when we had a couple of problems and he brought all the coffee pot. He brought batteries for the TV set. The only thing we had a problem with was the Wi-Fi. The password did not work and then when I received the message from him, we were getting ready to go, but other than that, we had another problem we were all Over 65 and we would’ve loved to have had television sets in all of our rooms when you get to a certain age, you wanna go out and enjoy your day and you wanna come back relaxing in your bed and watch TV I think if you add television set to your room that would greatly Enhance your property but other than that, your property was very beautiful the area and everything five stars on it thank you so much

Overall great house

The house was great inside, the owner was reaponsive when the code didn't work. Wifi codes didn't work but we were ok for an overnight stay. If you come the main way the directions take you, the neighborhood doesn’t seem the best, but the other side is nice. We didn't feel unsafe at all. Being that it close to 4th of July, I will hope we heard fireworks and not the alternative. Again we were happy for an overnight stay. The park across the street looked nice.

Beautiful decor

Before we got to the home, we had to drive 3 miles out of the way because a train had stopped on the tracks.When pulling up to the home we noticed the grass was overgrown and not cut causing mosquitoes to be horrible. Neither the front porch or the back deck could be used.Because it had not been cleaned off. The home on the inside is beautiful.I would love to have a home decorated like that. Some of the floor tiles are separated and raised, so be careful when walking. The dishes were dirty We had to wash them before we could use them. The knives were very dull.Had to purchase knives. The fan remote controls work on all fans. So if you're sitting in the living room trying to work a fan it may also be working the ones in the bedrooms. With that being said , I would stay here again because the inside of the home is beautiful.
