Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private backyard and deck. Two closets are locked for cleaning supplies.

To receive your entry code, a signed rental agreement is required. Links will be sent via message and email, and entry will not be granted until completed.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on our cleaners' schedule, for a small fee. Availability is not guaranteed, but feel free to ask.

We provide an initial supply of essentials. If the initial stock runs out, we recommend purchasing or bringing any additional items you may need.

Booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward.

We charge a $60 pet fee per pet, per 30-day period, due before entry. This is not for cleaning or damages, and guests must clean up after their pets, including waste in the yard.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed by all guests.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted.
- Picture of ID must be provided.
- All information must match
