The actual location was great (especially Susan at the front desk! She went above and beyond to help us!). It was clean, a great value and so nice to have the extra space compared to a typical hotel room. The employees were all nice and helpful. The outdoor area definitely is more run down than the pictures make it look. The pool was closed for the season, the hot tub was filled in with concrete, but they did have a gas fire pit that was going pretty much the whole time. My rating mostly is because I had reserved 3 separate units back in Oct 2025. When I got there to check in, on Apr 24, 2026, I was told that my whole reservation, all 3 units, were cancelled on Apr 18, 2026!!!! I had 3 families there to check in, and no where to stay! The location was fully booked (and apparently over-booked!), so my 3 rooms were just cancelled without ever notifying me! I even received confirmation emails all week leading up to the stay AFTER they were supposedly cancelled saying, “Are you all ready for your Reno trip?” and “Everything is all set for your Reno trip to check in on Apr 24-26.” I spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to find a place to stay and figure out what happened. VRBO insisted I was still booked and “everything was fine,” when I was standing in the lobby where everything was obviously NOT fine. VRBO had my money, and we were 3 families without rooms!!!
