Modern & cosy, non-smoking, 25sqm studio apartment with double/twin bed, decorated in minimalistic style. Unlimited view of Soonwald National Nature Park. Floor heating. Private parking. Private entrance.
Fully functional kitchenette with fridge/freezer, induction cooking, coffee machine, pots, pans & utilities.
Fully equipped bathroom with shower & floor heating.
The space
At the edge of town, but walking distance to town centre, close to bus station. Private parking spot for guests, separate entrance for guests. Access to sunny southernly oriented terrace with chairs and table. Smoking permitted outside. On request access to gas barbecue. Access to garden treehouse with slide for kids.

Own bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette with induction cooking, private terrace sunny south side, garden, treehouse, private parking spot with separate entrance.
Other things to note
There is a cat living on the property: Panda . We are keeping him in strict diet... please do not feed them.
Panda is very sociable, he loves petting and most likely he will attempt to move in with you :-)
He knows he should NOT enter holiday apartment... yeah...
