Monthly Rental/House on Atlantic Hill- Easy access to Nantasket/Gunrock Beaches.
***This property is available as a monthly/mid-term rental only. 30-day minimum rental period required by town. Daily rates vary per month as reflected on calendar (calendar month rental preferred, but would consider irregular timeframe). Fully furnished 3 Bed/2 bath one-level single-family home conveniently located in the Atlantic Hill neighborhood bordering Cohasset & Hingham town lines. Convenient layout w/peekaboo views of ocean. Two larger similar-sized bedrooms w/queen beds, one smaller w/bunk bed. Sofabed in living room. Two full baths. Separate laundry area w/washer & dryer. All utilities included (heat, hot water, electric, internet, trash & sewer). Rear deck & small backyard. Two parking spaces. Less than a 10-minute walk to Nantasket & Gunrock Beaches. Nearby restaurants, coffee shop, package store, 'main strip', etc. Easy access to Rt. 3A. Minutes to Nantasket & Cohasset commuter train stations as well as Hingham & Hull ferries (all w/access to downtown Boston).
Total sleeping setup for up to 8 people: Two queen size beds, bunk bed & pullout sofa.
Indoor space includes three bedrooms, two full baths, a dining area, full kitchen & laundry area. The first and second bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third has a bunkbed setup.
Outside space features a small back yard, deck w/ furniture, grill and propane tank will be provided for guests' use (please note, we do not monitor fuel status).
New memory foam mattresses for all beds (2023).
High-quality bedding and towels provided.
Front loading washer & dryer. Laundry supplies are provided for your convenience.
FIOS Wifi included.
Air conditioning.
Livingroom & all bedrooms have either smart TVs w/chromecast built-in or TV's w/ Amazon Fire w/remote (login to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, etc. w/ your own account).
K-cup coffee machine (starter coffee & tea provided), all kitchen essentials provided.
Outdoor hose makes it easy to rinse yourself or dog off after the beach!
Parking: Two spots located in front of house (possibly three depending on size of vehicles) Please see parking diagram/photo for additional information. If additional space is needed, the Hingham MBTA commuter train parking lot allows overnight stays (about 12 minutes away). At present it cost $4 per day. Hull is very strict regarding parking townwide, so please read all signs when before parking. Paid town/state parking lots are available at multiple beach lots if you driving car to beach is necessary (no overnight parking allowed).
***Please note, depending on season/time of year amenities may not be available or stored away (i.e. grill, deck furniture, water hose, a/c's, etc.)***

Please note: There is a new/replacement house being built across the way from our property, so there may be construction work and a higher level of noise than typical coming from worksite depending on type of work being performed.

1. A starter supply of basic 'replenishable' items (i.e. coffee kcups/tea, soap/shampoo, paper towels/toilet paper, etc.) will be provided but guests will be responsible for any additional products they may need or use throughout the month(s).
2. There is a new/replacement house being built across the way from our property, so there may be construction work and a higher level of noise than typical coming from worksite depending on type of work being performed (as of summer 2023).
3. One Ring doorbell device located next to the front door facing east. Please note, it is primarily used to monitor weather conditions/security when vacant.
4. Significant tax savings may apply to stays longer than 32 days, as they would not be subject to the additional taxes listed in the MA STR law passed back in 2019 (Not tax advice and for informational purposes only. VRBO determines final charges and this may not apply to your specific situation).
