Residence 102 at The Grand
Relax in this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath residence that sleeps up to 8 people. Residence 102 features granite countertops, brand new hardwood flooring, Viking appliances, a custom wine cooler, and Waterworks Carrera marble in the bathrooms. This residence offers ocean views from your private veranda, one floor above ground level. Conveniently located on the same floor as the beautiful sundeck, you'll have access to the beachfront infinity pool, BBQ grills, hot tub, and children's pool. Other amenities include a private beach, fitness center, beautiful lobby with a lounge area, game room, and saunas.
For the 2024 season, Residence 102 will feature a new master bedroom suite, new 3rd bedroom suite, updates to the living room, as well as new barstools, lamps, TVs, and end tables!
Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day, contingent on The Grand management.
