⁂ THE CABIN
Adorable, fully furnished cabin in a private, quiet location with lots of family-friendly amenities! The entrance to the cabin is an open living area with an electric fireplace, large Smart TV, and comfortable seating. The living room and kitchen are connected in the open floor plan on the main level. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each leading to the back deck, with plenty of seating a private hot tub for your enjoyment! A separate game room awaits downstairs that includes foosball and an arcade game. This area also includes a large Smart TV, comfortable seating, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The lower level opens up to the side yard with lots of space to play and enjoy the wood-burning firepit. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use, a crib provided, and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. There is a dining table located right off the kitchen.

Free parking for up to 4 cars. Small RV or trailer could also be accommodated. There are no steep mountain roads to get to the cabin.
The final .75 mile to the cabin is on a gravel drive.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
