We arrived after 4:00 pm and entered the property which had clearly not been cleaned. We called to speak with the staff at the number listed and were told it had been cleaned. The lady was insistent that her records showed it had been cleaned. There was literal urine on the toilet seat and debris on the floors as well as stains on the couch. We did not stay at this property since the standards of cleanliness were so low. We have requested our money back for this condo.
