The Space

This two bedroom, two bath, apartment sleeps six and is perfect for a family stay. The fully equipped kitchen allows the chef to prepare everything from snacks to a gourmet meal. An easy walk to the historic downtown Bryan shopping district with shops, restaurants and the iconic Queens Theater. For those traveling with others check out The Hideaway and Aggie Dusting. These three make up the full second floor landing in the building allowing for easy access and privacy.

The apartment was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. The hosts also provided amenteties such as soap, paper towels, laundry pods etc. The apartment was just a few blocks from the main street of Bryan. The apartment is above a barber shop. They do play music during their hours of business but we did not find it bothersome.

The place was very cozy and very clean! I forgot my travel fan and can’t sleep without a fan, and there was even a little white noise machine in the closet, which was such a treat to find. I like to cook my own food, the kitchen was well stocked with all of the amenities I needed. Absolutely one of the best rentals I’ve stayed at.

The host was great with communication and even met up with my son to return items we left at the property. It was very clean and had great kitchen supplies. Would definitely recommend!!

Had a great stay. Was a little confusing to find because I turned in the wrong entrance. However, it was convenient to the downtown area for dining and shopping for my wife. The place was very clean and had all the updated amenities. We really liked that it had a dedicated bathroom for the bedrooms. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of storage. Would definitely recommend staying here. Host communication was great!

Lovely apartment! Clean. It was perfect for my family. I traveled with my teenage daughters and 2 toddlers. Beautifully decorated and very cozy. Will definitely be back!

This place is great!! Perfect location to walk to downtown Bryan. It’s newer and super clean!! Felt very safe as well. Apartment was very spacious and was well equipped in the kitchen. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Hosts communicated well but we had no issues while here so need to communicate anything beyond standard messaging. Loved that they offered sound machines!! AC worked great too (always need that in BCS)!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this property! It was very clean, had everything we needed with nice touches (sound machines, laundry pods), and the owners were easy to communicate with. Our first morning, we discovered a piece missing to the coffee maker. I sent a quick message just asking if I had overlooked it somewhere, and within ten minutes, the owner was at our door with a new coffee maker! Wonderful hospitality!

Clean but dirty

Overall it was a good experience. Only issue we had was the bed spread had some kind of stain on it with fake eyelashes also found on it. The place besides that was perfect.

Baseball weekend

The apartment was very clean with plenty of space. Polite Coffee was a short walk for some really good coffee. We appreciated the bible verses scattered throughout the apartment. We would definitely stay here again if we have another trip to the College Station area.

As advertised

We had a softball tournament this weekend and the property was excellent for our needs. Big enough to hang out in the evening after games. Nice cold AC after a hot day in the sun.Owners communicate and have reasonable expectations at checkout.We will book again next tournament.

Special time with friends

Property is conveniently located close enough to walk to downtown Bryan, very clean, tastefully decorated, stocked with all you need, and all communication with owner/manager was excellent. We will gladly stay here again.

Great Apartment!

Nice apartment not far from Downtown Bryan. Very cute and clean, would stay here again! The stocked coffee bar and bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch!

Great host!

This was a perfect sized house for my family to get together and host christmas! Host was very communicable by responding extremely fast. Had games that we can play. The only thing i wish was that there be more seasoning than just salt and pepper but that did affect our stay at all.

We live in Bryan and enjoy every minute of it. Margie is an Aggie (class of '04), and Russ has adopted the Aggie traditions and excitement as his own. Together we enjoy hosting people from around the country. We have only had these units since early April '23 and have already hosted guests from as far away as Arizona and Alabama. It is a pleasure to host them.

The location is an easy walk to the revitalized downtown Bryan with restaurants and the historic Queens Theater. Two blocks south is the Kyle house with the locally owned and operated Polite Coffee Roasters, whose locally roasted coffee is served fresh daily. There is none better. It is about 10 minutes from Texas A&M and five minutes from the newly constructed Legends Events Center and Midtown Park.
