⇒ The cabin operates on a shared-well as most cabins; if there is extreme water usage in a short duration you may experience low water pressure for 6-12 hrs. Water conservation tips are provided to all parties to help mitigate the risk.

⇒ We have neighbors - the closest one is barely visible

⇒ Mountain WiFi: we are in the mountains so although we do have internet and streaming services WiFi capabilities may be limited by weather and signals.

⇒ There are twisty, turny, one lane roads. Please use caution while driving through the mountains. We do recommend the use of Snow tires or four wheel drive in the winter months. While North GA does not get a ton of snow, the steep streets can sometimes be hard to get up without it.

⇒ You are in the wilderness and may come in contact with bears, deers, bugs, and other critters! DO NOT leave food in cars and be sure to keep windows and car doors locked. All garbage must be bagged and thrown into the outside bins.
