Newly renovated home just minutes from local beaches, Newport, Jamestown and Wickford. This three bedroom, two full bathroom home in Pettaquamscutt Terrace is a perfect spot to unwind from all the activities a coastal community has to offer. The property features an open concept kitchen with maple cabinets and granite counters which flows into the gorgeous living room space. The living room has lots of natural light with modern and updated furniture and hardwood floors. The large, second floor primary bedroom features a king size bed with a private hallway bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room flows out onto the backyard deck which allows for private relaxation with a fenced yard. Nearby Narrow River is the perfect spot for your kayak or paddle board.
Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum and a four-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
