Welcome to “Alpine Splash” A true Trophy Property in the Great Smoky Mountains.
This custom built cabin just finished in the spring of 2023 has all the amazing amenities you could dream of in your next home away from home. Sleeping up to 12 people with your own private indoor pool, gaming and theater area this home truly is all your family wants.
Stepping through the front doors, this flowing layout is open and spacious for all the family to gather in the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and a huge center island with 5 bar stools for the family to gather while supper is prepared. The kitchen flows into the dining area with a massive dining table for 10 and into the living room. The living room has a beautiful stone gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and a couch, a love seat, and a soaring ceiling up to the loft. The main floor has two large King Master ensuite bedrooms, with bathrooms, large flat-screen TVs, and private entrances to the main level back deck overlooking the large yard.
Restore and relax on the top-floor sectional sofa in the loft, perfectly situated between 2 more King Master suites. Both King Master Suites have large flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms, and private decks.
The beautiful bottom floor has a spacious theater area for 8 and a large bar area to prepare drinks or gather and play games. This area is open to the gaming section, which has a foosball table and a multi-game arcade system. You'll find the final King bedroom, which features two kings and a large flat-screen TV. Additionally, there is a full bathroom and a washer and dryer on this level for your convenience.
Just out the bottom floor back doors, you’ll be greeted with a private indoor pool in which to splash your days away. Kick back and relax in this brand new hot tub on the back patio not far from the Gas firepit table with chairs just waiting for you to enjoy.
Located in Wears Valley, this captivating cabin is close to town and so close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
