Relaxing, well-maintained Isla Verde studio steps from the beach, designed for respectful solo travelers or couples. The neighborhood offers a mix of calm and beach-life energy. Enjoy A/C, Wi-Fi and pool access . Parking is first-come, first-served, with paid and street options nearby. Convenient location near airport, Condado and Old San Juan. No parties or visitors.
Relax & play: Isla Verde is considered to have the best beach in the Metro Region of Puerto Rico, it is long and wide so it rarely feels crowded - unlike most Caribbean city destinations. Plenty of space for visitors to find a relaxing spot. Also, Isla Verde beach offers various water sports options for you to have fun! Ps. Pine Grove is a popular beach for surfers in Isla Verde.

Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. This is rare on our area but there’s a possibility power and internet may suffer an outage during your stay, specially during hurricane season. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. We do provide a rechargeable flashlight in case needed.
No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.
NOTE: The building itself has a power plant that provides electricity to the common areas in case of an outage + a water cistern as well!
No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the property where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan.
Parking: Parking lots are not assigned, availability is by ORDER OF ARRIVAL. There’s also paid parking services near and street parking available. You still will get a parking beeper as well.

This beachfront neighborhood has its own charm & style. Isla Verde is the fancy resort strip of San Juan. It is festive and beach-oriented while having a much calmer, suburban feel than his other “sister” beachfront neighborhood, Condado.

Oh’ I love receiving my guest with local treats! :) But seriously… I pay attention to my guest needs and I’m constantly thinking of ways for them to enjoy their stay - making sure they are safe and have everything they need on-site. As a frequent traveler myself I am very “attention to detail” with my vacation listings, so be sure to expect a very clean place and top-notch communication.
