This place is amazing! Well with the money. Looks like it has been newly remodeled. Very upscale. The hot tub is a great bonus. We kept saying that we wish we could have spent more time hanging out at the house.

I never went into the hot tub. The water looked OK, though. The kitchen had everything you couid want to use to cook great meals.The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the shower.The only down side was if you are looking for quiet, this place isn't it. It is close to everything, which is convenient.

We stay in Las Cruces a lot but our usual place was booked. I have to admit I was a little worried when we got there because the house is very close to a busy street, however, it was quiet and I didn’t even hear any street noise. The best part of the whole place were the beds. They were super comfortable! I would have liked to actually use the hot tub but I just didn’t have the time. The patio where it’s located is adorable.

Inside the home is a sweet and pleasant surprise. Gorgeously decorated, inviting, comfortable, and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay, although too sort, we will definitely be back for a longer stay in the near future.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I can speak highly of the kitchen as I cook while we travel and I found all types of pans and tools to make meal prepping easier. Thank you so much for a well set up kitchen. The showers in this home are awesome and the living space was wonderful. My husband loved having a garage. This home did not disappoint.

Stay was excellent. Home interior was beautifully decorated and super clean! The king size bed was super comfortable! Very unique and roomy floor plan! Location was close to shopping and resturaunts. Conveniently located near I-25. Will stay here again when passing thru Las Cruces!

This place blew me away. I only stayed one night, but I wish I could have moved in! Tucked away in Las Cruces, this home had the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The vibe was super cozy with just the right touch of minimalism and greenery — think clean lines, beautiful plant accents, and that relaxing energy you can feel the moment you walk in. The space was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and way more impressive than any hotel I’ve stayed in. And don’t even get me started on the jacuzzi — top-tier, private, and exactly what I needed to unwind. The host was fantastic: clear, kind, and lightning-fast with communication. You can tell they really care about your experience. For the price? Honestly a steal. I’ll be coming back to this gem every chance I get.

So many nice touches really made for a great stay specially after a long two day drive to get here. This was easily the best property we have gotten from VRBO. Could not have wanted anything more! Perfection!

Adorable place

We loved this place! It is decorated nicely and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub on the patio was welcomed after a day of hiking. It is located next to a busy road and unfortunately there was construction while we were there making for a noisy morning. Once this is complete I am sure it would not be as noisy. A great place to stay for exploring the area!

The town house was comfortable, quiet, and nicely furnished. The hot tube was very nice. It does need an anti-foam agent added to the water. I disliked the shower in the main bath. The second bath was not much better. The enemy of good is an attempt at better. The roads in the area are poorly maintained making it unpleasant to ride my bike. The back patio is quite dusty due to the wind and open dirt area behind the townhouse. Lastly, I could not get the dishwasher to work and there were no kitchen towels.

Wedding stay

My then fiance and I stayed here before we were to get married in White Sands. This was the absolute best "getting ready" location I could've ever asked for. There was essentially a womens side and a men side. Nobody saw each other until the final reveal in the front yard. Such an open concept in the living room for the two families to get together and help, then be apart of the first look!!The house was beautiful, perfect size, hot tub was a nice cherry on top. Just wish there was a little grass for our dog to go on. There was a grass pad provided (he prefers grass), but we walked in the back towards the hospital, but poor little guy got stickers in his paws. Not at all a complaint, just an observation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Even got to check out one of her other locations because my father in law stayed at that house! Loved this place! Wish i could give more stars!!

Perfect Stay – Feels Like a 5-Star Hotel!

This was our first time using VRBO, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The Serene Spa Hot Tub Sanctuary was spotless, smelled amazing, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The secure garage was a huge plus, and communication with the owner was top-notch—super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The attention to detail made it feel like a 5-star hotel. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway w/friends

We love coming to Las Cruces to meetup with our wonderful friends from Rio Rancho. We always pick a few popular sites and restaurants while there. This visit was no exception.When pulling in to the duplex we rented we were concerned with the location being so close to a major road and the potential for too much road noise. Having said that, we were pleasantly surprised.
