Large Townhouse overlooking Bellaire 2 blocks away

The Bellaire Treehouse is the 2nd and 3rd floors of a large townhouse. Conveniently located along the Rail/trail and two blocks to everything downtown has to offer. From the massive 2nd floor porch you look over the city and can hear the live music when played downtown in the summer. This 2200sq ft home features heated marble floors throughout, large bedrooms and living spaces. The 3rd floor full bath has a deep 6jet whirlpool tub and marble enclosure. The 1/2 bath is on the 2nd floor.

Great golf weekend retreat

Stayed with a group of six for local golf. Spacious with everything needed. Great location to downtown Bellaire, we were able to walk to bar and restaurant.

Labor Day Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bill was a great host and concierge for the community and activities. The space is fresh, clean, open and perfect for a family or multiple couples. We're looking forward to returning soon.

Family trip to visit torch lake and other Michigan sites

William was very friendly, communicative, quick to respond, and provided a clean and spacious spot for my family which included two young kids, grandparents, and our family dog. The beds were comfortable and we were within walking distance to the downtown area, walking trails, and a playground. We were also in very close driving distance to torch lake which is one of the main reasons we stayed in the area.

This property was perfect. Home was clean and was very nice. Had all the amenities that were needed. Family and friends loved this place. Downtown Bellaire was great. Property manager Bill was awesome!!

Comfortable unit with all the amenities

Lovely second and third floor of townhouse - tallest structure in town. Unit is adjacent to lovely walking and biking path and only a couple of blocks from downtown Bellaire and all its eateries. The lovely open air balcony is shaded and overlooks the path. This is on a quiet street with ample parking, the host is extremely responsive to questions, and their next door neighbor is super friendly and full of stories of the area as well. All in all, a great and quiet place to stay. however, there are 15 steps to the second floor so it is not accessible for those with disabilities. We loved our stay.

Five star treehouse

A wonderful stay at the treehouse this weekend. Super comfy beds and a large covered balcony overlooking the walking trail. Bill the owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and his dog was really friendly too. Just a five minute walk from Shorts and downtown. We will be back!

Great place, wonderful location and comfortable

The Treehouse is great! We brought our boat and there was a place to park it while we decided on where to take it each day! 2 block walk to town, and right on the trail to walk the dogs. Bill was wonderful and shared all his “above 45” knowledge with us. We will be back!

Torch Lake Vacay

Bill was a great host! He was very informative and helpful with telling us about the surrounding areas. He kept a very clean house and we were happy about that! I recommend this to any family wanting to enjoy some time together in downtown Bellaire area!

Awesome location in Bellaire, MI

Location was excellent, you can walk to town for restaurants or explore & only a 10 min drive to Torch lake for water activities. House was as described, it was very clean & had everything needed for any length stay; coffee maker, coffee, towels, washer & dryer including Tide pods. The Host was prompt with responses to any questions asked. The property exceeded our expectations & we would definitely return and stay again at the Tree House!! LpaTrHouse!tionadrdryer.

Great Value/Great Host

We had a sizable group with a few pets. Bill was very accommodating and understanding. The property is perfectly located, walking distance to everything Bellaire. Spacious clean house. The price I felt is very reasonable and a good value. Nothing negative to report.

Very clean and convenient location near the downtown area

Property was close to the downtown area of Bellaire. Perfect to walk around the town. Everything was clean and appliances were nice . The TV in the living area we couldn’t figure out and we would have liked a TV in all 3 bedrooms. (Not me but others that stayed would have liked that) . Also maybe a mirror available in all 3 bedrooms Would be nice with only 1 and a 1/2 bath would have made it easier and faster to get ready. The property mgr was quick to answer with any issue or question we had. Over all it was great and would stay again
