Enjoy unbeatable access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and fishing at this two-bedroom (plus loft) condo in Fraser's MeadowRidge community, where the slopes of Winter Park Resort are just a quick, free shuttle ride away.

This lovely alpine community sits right outside downtown Fraser, with a stop for the Winter Park shuttle bus at the entrance to the complex. After a day spent in the great outdoors or brewery-hopping in Fraser or Winter Park, there's an outdoor pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a gym on the grounds to greet you.

The main living space is on the second of the home's three stories, offering a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room table, and a living room with a leather sectional. On winter nights, gather around the wood-burning fireplace to set up a board game or watch movies on the living room TV (with cable and streaming capability). Come summer, slide open the glass doors and light the gas grill for a barbecue outside on the balcony.

Additional features include a lounge space with a TV in the upstairs loft, a high chair and Pack 'N Play for families with kids, and WiFi throughout the house.

Place was clean, good value, and master bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the description that the laundry was located in the community building and not the unit and hot water was limited so only about two people could get hot showers in a row before it would start to run out. The building also needs better sidewalk lighting as it was quite dark at night and you had to walk all the way around the building from the parking area.

If you follow the past reviews they sum up our stay. Cleanliness, comfy beds and linens, stocked kitchen ,perfect location, room to spread out, reasonably priced and the owners were very accomodating. What more could you ask for!

Winter Park Wonderful

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It had a great layout and was very spacious for of our family. It had everything we could need; easy access to the slopes, games for our down time, heated floors to take the chill off in the morning, and was close to the grocery/stores so we could resupply. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful, clean, helpful host

We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much that we came back. The kitchen is equipped very well, and there's lots of linens and paper goods - there are even special dog dishes! The shuttle bus to Winter Park has two very close stops.We needed to contact the host because of a small misunderstanding on our parts, and they were very responsive and helpful.

Excellent place

The apartment is a beautiful mountain cabin retreat. It is larger than what it looks on pictures. Pictures dont do justice to the place itself. Excellent located. Dan responds quickly and he is very kind and patient. I would definitely go back! My nieces who had never seen snow before fell in live with the place. Thank you Dan for your kindness and patience.

Great property and excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family. The shuttle system that runs to this neighborhood is wonderful. The host was easy to communicate with and great to work with. We loved that it was pet friendly, the game room was full of games that our family thoroughly enjoyed. We highly recommend this property and plan to book with them again.

Great place, great location

Great condo with just enough space for the 4 of us to spread out. Kiddo took the loft and had his own bathroom. Very clean, perfect location to access mtn bike trails around winter park/Fraser. There’s also an EV charger next to a trailhead by the nearby grocery. Very convenient.

Wonderful Place With Exceptional Amenities

Our family of five stayed along with a set of grandparents. Plenty of room for all of us! Very well stocked with whatever you’d need. Love the heated tile floors in the downstairs bathroom and the clubhouse pool, gym, racquetball, and tennis courts!

Great space for family, friends, and pup!

Perfect spot for a little ski getaway with family and friends, including our dog. The park across the street was amazing for some solid dog play! The unit was great, with everything we needed. Hosts were super communicative and flexible with check-in and check-out. Would love to come back and stay here!

Ski Weekend

We had a great stay, with plenty of room for our family of 5 plus dog. The bus stop is close enough to walk to in ski boots. We met some nice neighbor dogs, and enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. We had a small maintenance issue, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.
