Welcome to a brand new 2023 condominium complex located steps from the beach. We're excited to offer you the opportunity to stay in our 1 bed/2 baths Penthouse with direct ocean and beach views.

Accessible by an elevator to the 5th floor, this penthouse is the epitome of luxury living. All furniture and appliances have been carefully chosen to create an extraordinary and unique experience just for you.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook up a storm. We even provide 5-gallon water for your convenience. You'll sleep soundly on our 100% luxury Egyptian cotton bed sheets and bath towels.

We've installed brand-new air conditioners, inverters, and ceiling fans in all rooms of the apartment for your comfort. Entertainment options include cable TV, smart TV, and Netflix. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is also available, making it great for remote work.

Take a dip in the community pool or lounge in our pavilion, which also includes pool chairs and loungers, and bathroom facilities.

We've also included beach towels and two (2) parking spaces for your convenience. And for your peace of mind, we've even provided a safety deposit box.

Electricity Consumption is INCLUDED in the price.
Electricity can be expensive on our island, however we do include electricity consumption up to $7 per day, over that additional charges will be applied to you. We kindly ask you to please turn off the AC when you are not in the apartment.

Airport Transfer :
We provide comfortable and private airport transfer in the SUV for US$ 40.00 single trip for 2 people with a stop in the super market for grocery shopping and currency exchange if needed.

CLEANING:
Additional cleaning services during your stay provided as need it for additional $20

HOUSE RULES:
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace

Pet fee $50 per stay, please consult pets before booking

After 2 guests $30 extra per guest per night
