The space
The yard is private and fenced but we do not represent it as being dog proof. Dogs can be in the fenced area but not unaccompanied by their person.

There may be a landscaping project taking place at the guest house studio / main house on the property. This may involve some noise. We have reduced the price to accommodate for this inconvenience. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have questions.
