Upstairs, you`ll find an updated full bathroom and three bedrooms featuring comfy beds, fresh linens, and fluffy towels.

The house is in a great walkable location to the downtown Charlottesville area. Bus routes are nearby, and Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful as well!

Well-behaved pets will be welcome for an additional pet fee of $100/month, to be requested after check-in. Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture, and an additional cleaning fee will be assessed if pet hair has to be removed from furniture or bed linens. Thank you!
