Cozy Cub Cabin is a newly renovated cabin to enjoy and relax. You will have the entire place to yourself, a cozy porch overlooking the woods with hot tub, fire-pit/barbecue, and gorgeous views.

The Space:
The front deck provides seating for enjoying the sounds of nature, sipping your coffee watching the sunrise or enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub in the evening. There is also a lower area with a fire pit and additional seating while sitting under the twinkling lights.

When you enter the house, you are met with a modern open concept design. The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace with views of the mountains.

The kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, new granite countertops and fully equipped with every item of cookware, silverware, Keurig coffee station.

Please note that the cabin located in the mountains of Northeast Georgia and, like many cabins in the area, the roads inside the neighborhood are unpaved gravel.

Other Things to Note:
Only 5 miles away is the adorable Alpine Village known as Helen with its vineyards, shopping, dining, and Bavarian-style buildings.
From mid-September through October, Helen hosts the longest Oktoberfest in the South. This re-creation of an Alpine Village offers entertainment during the Holiday season from Thanksgiving through December.
Sautee Nacoochee is known for its popular attractions, which include,
Chattahoochee Stables, Old Sautee Store, Helen To Hardman Heritage Trail and Folk Pottery Museum of NE Georgia
Unicoi State Park is 3 minutes away, you can go hiking, fishing, biking, or Zip-lining! Trails run through the Chattahoochee National Forest to the Anna Ruby and Raven Cliff waterfalls.
In Smithgall Woods State Park, Dukes Creek is known for trout. Hardman Farm State Historic Site includes an 1870 homestead and the Nacoochee Indian Mound burial site.

Lake Burton is 18 minutes away, you can rent a kayak, canoe, stand-up paddle board, waterboard, or boats.

18 miles to Kaya’s Winery and Tasting Room which is built atop a ridge that is 1600 feet above elevation and offers the most exquisite panoramic mountain view in North Georgia.

6 miles away is The Anna Ruby Falls Trail (.4 mile in length) is paved, but relatively steep. Benches are located along the trail for those who want to sit and rest or just enjoy the scenic beauty of the area. At the base of the falls is an observation deck for viewing these beautiful falls.

Only 24 miles to the Appalachian Trail that follows more than 2,100 miles of Appalachian Mountain ridge line between Maine and Georgia.
