Our home is located on the southern edge of the eclectic Upper Boggy Creek neighborhood. This neighborhood is known for its diverse mix of graduate students, young professionals, as well as its quiet, tree-shaded streets & offbeat local businesses. While you're a quick 6 minute drive from downtown Austin here, there is no shortage of things to do in the immediate vicinity, such as picking up coffee at Bennu or a beer at Sour Duck Market. This is an ideal location for groups who want to access the best parts of Austin, but stay in a quiet neighborhood removed from the craziness of 6th Street.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
While this is a walkable location with no shortage of things to see and do in our immediate surroundings, our neighborhood also allows easy access to other popular parts of Austin. There is 1 dedicated off-street parking spot available for your use. There is also free on-street parking on surrounding side streets should you bring more than 1 vehicle. There is a stop for the 18 bus high-frequency route across the street which can take you to the heart of downtown Austin (near the Capitol) as well as the UT Austin campus.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

Friends football weekend
Great home for a weekend in Austin! The home is new, modern, and very clean. The neighborhood seems to be undergoing renewal/new construction and isn't walkable to very much but it's a quick drive to great restaurants, bars, and shopping. The nature of the bedroom/bathroom layout makes it a great spot for a family or group of close friends, as the two King rooms (both upstairs) each have their own bathroom, while the three downstairs bedrooms share one bathroom. We were a group of four couples and our college-age sons who know each other quite well, so we were able to do some bathroom sharing in the upstairs bedrooms so as not to have 8 people sharing one downstairs. The outdoor area is wonderful and had plenty of seating for our whole group to be able to hang out together. The property manager was incredibly easy to work with and was very accommodating to our needs, including a very quick response when we accidentally set off the smoke alarm with some burned toast. Great weekend, great stay!
