Newly opened in Spring of 2017, this stunning resort sits on 16 acres of Ka'anapali Beach, and has spectacular grounds and first class amenities. "Nanea" is a Hawaiian word meaning "a state of relaxation" and that is what you will feel when you get the pleasure of staying here. The resort displays a number of Hawaiian artifacts and art all over. The history of Hawaii is told through the varied decor and experiences. Our gorgeous two bedroom villa is a vacation in itself! With 1260 square feet of heaven. Two bedrooms both with King size beds and two bathrooms. The luxurious master bathroom features a large shower, a stand-alone soaking tub and a double-sink vanity. The living area has a wardrobe armoire and a Queen size sleeper sofa and a Bose sound system. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator and ice maker, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave and oven. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and silverware. Our villa comes with a washer and dryer and let's not forget the beautiful private furnished patio. The amenities of the resort include:Sand beach, Heated lagoon pool, Island whirlpool spas, Beach pool - zero entry with sand bottom and water slide, Poolside cabanas, Children's splash pad, Two plunge pools, Fitness studio, sauna and steam room. Outdoor barbecue grill stations. Restaurant, Pool Bar, Market, Fire Pit, Cultural Center, Retail spaces, Grab n' Go, Keiki Club (Kid's Club), Business center with internet access, Covered parking (self park or valet- fee for each)

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. The VRBO calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received. Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not OM Villas.  Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations.  Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of OM Villas. Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. OM Villas reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing.  The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property.  Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as OM Villas is not responsible for villa placement. Please be advised that if a non-domestic credit card is used to reserve a vacation rental, additional fees may be incurred. All details are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
