Fantastic Oasis Home in Stevens Point with fully enclosed fence for backyard!

We have oil painting in all the rooms, come and look! Located in central Stevens point, close to UWSP (drive in 5 minutes), Sentry world and the Hospital. Perfect location for family gather and parents visit! This entire one side luxury duplex needs only 1 min drive to Krik trip, Walgreens, and UPS. We have 1 queen bed (with a trundle bed), and another queen bed at different bedrooms. A twin bed and a second living with a bar and TV in the basement. Please note this is the entire right unit of this side-by-side duplex, offering a truly exclusive experience. With its own separate entrance, separate fully fenced backyard, and no shared walls (except just the garage) with the neighboring unit, you'll enjoy the complete privacy and independence.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient!

We had a lovely week-long stay! House was clean and comfortable, with many thoughtful little amenities and details. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, centrally located (5-10 min away from anywhere you’d want to go in Point; 15 min from Plover). Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place!

Check in easy and close to all things in Stevens Point. House was clean, description was accurate. The couch in the living room was very comfortable and perfect for watching movies with family.

College weekend visit

A cute and cozy spot for a weekend to visit our daughter at UW-SP. Comfortable beds and great living room set up. The basement was great for an evening with games and fun while watching basketball too. A great back yard for our dog with a fenced in space for ease and safety. We would enjoy this spot again next year!

Quiet and Clean

Our host contacted us promptly and also gave us ideas on fun places to visit. The property is centrally located, so it was easy to find places to eat, go antiquing, and have fun. The house was very clean and our host even left us some snacks and water. We would stay there again.

Heavenly Couch!

We loved this place for our sister’s get away. It was clean and the instructions were very clear. We booked this place based on the couch! We were not disappointed. It was the perfect place to curl up with a blanket to watch a movie after our outings. The kitchen was wonderful and beds were comfortable!

Stay in Stevens Point

This home worked well for our needs during this stay. We visited Stevens Point for a wedding and just used the home for sleep and breakfast the next day. The owner was very communicative and answered all our questions. The walls were not too thick/ we could hear the kids easily (good and bad); and everything was labeled in the home so you knew where things were.

Quiet, Clean, Centrally Located

Stayed for a week with my two young kids (6 & 9) and it was perfect. House was very clean and filled with thoughtful amenities that made the stay effortless. Neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. The house is near-ish the train tracks but we sleep with white noise machines so it was not an issue at all (the host also provided ear plugs, which we didn’t need, but nice to have as an option - again, there were many little details like this which anticipated a lot of needs and questions and made our stay more comfortable). Overall a very nice house, within ten minutes’ drive of basically anyplace we needed or wanted to go. Would stay here again when in the area next!

Comfortable home away from home.

Four adults stayed for three nights while attending a convention in town. Plenty of room. Clean/neat common areas and very spacious clean bedrooms. Would have plenty of room for children as well with a large sitting room downstairs along with third bedroom/office workspace. Excellent communication with host. Always sent immediate responses to any questions.

Bike and Hiking trails

Susan was prompt in responding to me. The location was good for us to get to the trails for biking and hiking. Close to where our granddaughter lives and goes to school. The house had everything we needed. Nice to sit outside in backyard. The train didn’t bother us. My husband never heard it.

A true gem in Stevens Point, WI

My wife and I with several of our dear Pointer alumni friends went to a golf outing in Stevens Point, WI and all hotels were booked. We found this lovely property in Point that fit the needs of our group perfectly. Though only a one night stay, the host did a wonderful job of adding personal touches that made a big difference in our ability to enjoy our short stay. Complimentary water bottles in the fridge. A fruit, chips, bananas, and muffin basket for the morning. Easy to follow directions and all cabinets clearly marked so you know what's where. Great communication before, during and after our stay and all at a competitive price that made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a home stay experience while in Stevens Point, WI.
