Great location!

As a family we loved our stay as the unit walks right out to the pool and the kids loved jumping off the dock just across the street. The unit is well set up to bring your kids with a great bunk bed room. It is very spacious. The manager was easy to communicate with. We would come back to this location.

Was a great place to stay, with lots of room. We loved that the bedrooms were downstairs and the living and kitchen were upstairs.

Love Lakeshore Villas

The property is great, awesome pool, close to the lake, having the townhome was nice with the three bedrooms downstairs, and kitchen / living room upstairs. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It was so nice to be able to stay together with family. Manager was available when needed, for any questions. The pricing was very reasonable for all my family to be together

Would have been a great stay...

Sadly a State of Emergency was called prior to our check in. Our host graciously offered us a credit to come back when the province is in a better state. Have not seen the property but look forward to staying in the future.

The dishwasher was broken so none of the dishes were clean. They were filthy. What is the cleaning fee for??

Excellent Location - Needs Updating

The location was great and the property (complex and pool) is nice. The unit itself needs updating. We couldn't get the dishwasher to work. The upstairs bathroom toilet continually ran. Dollar store cooking utensils with only one frying pan. The carpet on the stairs is frayed. For the price we paid, we expected better.

Family get away

Our stay was great! Our host returned our message very quickly. They had a boat slip for us to use too. The 3 bedrooms were large with a comfortable king in the primary and queens in the other 2 bedrooms, with one being a bunk. The primary had a 3 pc ensuite as well. Bedrooms are on the lower floor and much cooler than the upstairs living area. I had to turn the AC down at night otherwise we were too cold. The only issues we had is the dishwasher only works on the normal setting, which took a few times to figure out and the sink(s) initially didn't drain properly. We also have a full sized SUV with a Thule on top and we could not utilize the parking spot as the clearance was not high enough, but there was always parking on the roadway.

Birthday weekend

This holiday was in celebration of our father’s 80th birthday. We planned for months together and intended to stay at an accommodation we could all be together and not out for dinner. Upon arrival it was necessary to clean the kitchen before unpacking as it was filthy. Very disappointed in the kitchen with little to no utensils or cooking items. Luckily we had a camper to oull from so we could make our planned meals. The bedding was new and comfortable. The unit needs updating with fresh paint or wall art. Patio is excellent. bbq worked. AC didn’t and there are no fans. Luckily it was not too hot. Laundry was a pleasant surprise. We would stay there again, but not in that unit. Too hard to cook.

Dirty Desert Disappointment

Upon arrival the code that we were given did not work and I had to contact the owner to get a new code. The property desperately needs updating and cleaning as It had a terrible odour. The kitchen utensils are minimal and would not accommodate a group of six or more. The frying pan looks like it hasn’t ever been cleaned and was disgusting . The carpet in the dining area and going downstairs is totally worn and dirty. The air conditioning unit is right beside the master bedroom and is terribly loud while running. Thankfully it wasn’t hot out and we could shut it off to sleep. We tried to start the dishwasher and it would not work. I would not recommend this property. It needs an entire renovation. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Was a little bit pricey for what we got

The area is nice, the pool was amazing and the place is spacious however. Upon arrive the code didn't work . It was extremely hot and had to wait 15 min for someone to come let us in. When you have 4 children and 1 being a baby it was a bit stressful. The beds are not comfortable at all, so sleeping for everyone was difficult. The cooking tools need an update. I had only 1 frying pan to cook with. When you're cooking breakfast lunch or dinner for 3 adults and 4 kids it was a bit difficult with just 1 pan. The pan needs to be replaced and new tfal ones need to be there, and more than 1. The coffee machine needs to be replaced too. Some mornings it brewed perfectly and some mornings it brewed with coffee grounds throughout it. If you're on a budget then sure stay here but to be honest I wish we would have spent the extra money elsewhere.

Okay if you have low expectations

First, the communication with host was great and check in was smooth. We were two families of three - four adults and two kids. Location to the Main Street in Osoyoos was only a 7 -8 min drive. Wonderful! Once you enter the townhouse you immediately see the kitchen. The finishes are outdated but okay. However there are several cracked tiles on the floor so you should wear something on your feet or you might cut yourself. The hood fan doesn’t work so we had to open the front door and balcony door to allow air flow. The pots and pans were all dirty and needed a good cleaning. We couldn’t even use the frying pan because it had a crusted bottom with old burnt remains. There were adequate dishes for the six of us - mismatched but that’s okay. We washed the dishes, cups and utensils before using because we didn’t trust they were clean. The beds… primary bedroom with king bed was fine. No issues. The second bedroom with queen bed was not good at all. Put it this way, I had terrible sleeps every night. It was sagging in the middle and made loud noises that made us believe it was going to break if we both sleep in the middle so we sleep on either edge. Quit comical. Also one person has to climb over the railing to get out of bed. Also comical! The bunk bed room also very strange. The bottom bed was comfortable for two. However the top bunk was really unusable unless you were okay with doing an army crawl to get on the bed and not able to sit up. It was too close to the ceiling!
