Esta hermosa cabaña para huéspedes libre de humo en Island Park, Idaho, con capacidad para 4 personas, se encuentra en un acre y medio de propiedad, junto con la cabina principal. Este acogedor aprox. La cabaña de invitados de 500 pies cuadrados se encuentra en un área de casas de vacaciones, escondida en el bosque con vistas al lago, los pastos y las montañas de Henry. Se encuentra en un camino privado con fácil acceso al bosque nacional.

Hay un dormitorio con una cama doble y un pequeño dormitorio con una cama doble. El salón tiene un sofá que se abre a una cama futón de tamaño completo. Hay un baño con ducha, que ha sido recientemente remodelado. La zona de cocina cuenta con microondas y nevera pequeña. También hay una barbacoa en la terraza para su uso.

¡Esta área es un paraíso recreativo durante todo el año! Caminata, bicicleta de montaña, esquí de fondo y motos de nieve desde su puerta. Pesca con mosca en los ríos Henry's Fork, Madison y Gallatin, Henry's Lake, Hebgen Lake, Island Park Reservoir y los lagos y arroyos del Parque Nacional de Yellowstone ... están a una hora en coche. Motos de nieve en más de 600 millas de senderos acondicionados disponibles en el área. Esquí alpino en Big Sky y Grand Targhee, ambos a 90 minutos en coche.

Rich is an amazing host! The cabin was exactly as described. While it is just about 30 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance, there are also many areas to explore in and around Island Park. Rich was very helpful with directing us to many local hiking trails, even one just up the road. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed the peacefulness, the hospitality, and the opportunity to continue exploring the natural beauty beyond Yellowstone Park.

Check was easy. It was a comfortable quiet location. There was shopping and restaurants close. The hosts were great. Helped us find dining and allowed us to modify to our plans. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay near Yellowstone away from the crowds.

This property is a good location for accessing Yellowstone. There is a grocery store and restaurants within 15 minutes. Host lives next door and is very nice and not intrusive. The cabin was very clean and the washer and dryer was great to have so we did not have to pack as much clothes. We saw some deer on the road to the cabin. Would highly recommend this propery.

If you are looking for stunning views and a peaceful stay, look no further. Diane and Rich have created the perfect Idaho stay near Yellowstone. The cabin is stocked with everything you may need. Easy drive to West Yellowstone and is close to countless Idaho adventures to explore. It’s tucked into the woods and away from the noise of touristy locations and lets you feel like you’re living away from home. They even provide a book collection that allowed us to read about the history of many of the locations we visited. Top notch hosts who are both kind and thoughtful. We highly recommend you visit this gem in Island Park.

Amazing views with a fantastic host!

Rich and Diane's cabin fit iur family perfectly. We are a family of 3 with a 13 year old daughter. Our experience was nothing short of perfect. Rich is very helpful and has great advice to do all the things in the area. This was our first VRBO staying on the same property as the owners, and it was a great experience. When we return to the area we will definitely be staying here again.

Fishing trip

Fished with my daughter for a week. Perfect cabin for us. Beautiful view of Henry’s Lake. Exceptionally clean and quiet. The hosts Rich and Diane were very nice and made us feel welcome.

It was nice and quiet. The host was super sweet and very helpful. It was not a far drive to the West Entrance of Yellowstone. It was a nice 3 night break from hotels. There is not a stovetop as mentioned in the description but there is a hot plate and it worked out just fine for what we wanted to cook. Would definitely book this cabin again.

Hidden Treasure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this serene setting. We planned our trip to Yellowstone and found this gem in doing some research. The view from where we stayed was relaxing and a great way to end the day. We were 30 minutes from the west entrance, and it was incredibly easy getting back and forth. Our host Rich was just fantastic and very helpful to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Rich & Diane’s Cozy Cabin was perfect for us!

Rich & Diane are great hosts! They hit every mark we expect in a rental and more! Not only was the guest cabin perfect for our weeklong stay but they were gracious is sharing their own space in order to make our trip better! They provided great recommendations for hikes and bike rides and were just a joy to chat with. We look forward To future stays with them!

Peaceful Lakeview Retreat

My husband and I stayed at this cozy guest cabin to do some fishing and have a short get away from the heat at home. This cabin is in a beautiful pine setting with lots of shade and a gorgeous view of Henry’s Lake. It is very well cared for and very clean. The owner was so helpful and friendly and he and his wife had thought of so many nice details to make our stay comfortable and saw that we had everything we needed from extra fridge space to comfortable bedding, a beautifully tiled shower, wonderful smelling soaps, mirrors, plenty of plugs, hooks to hang all your stuff and kitchen table with views out the window of the lake, flower gardens and bird watching. The TV watching recliner couch was also a bonus to relax in after a day of adventures in Yellowstone Park. It was very accessible and close to watching plays at the Yellowstone Playhouse as well as many great fishing spots. We sure appreciated our hosts the Hunts for letting us stay here.

Absolutely beautiful!

This is a wonderful cabin for a couple to stay in. Definitely Cozy! The outdoors are gorgeous and the owners are very friendly and around if you ever need anything! We would love to return! Island Park is beautiful!

Wonderful stay

This was my fiancé and mines first time seeing Yellowstone. We drove from Massachusetts which was a haul but once we arrived we had our privacy but also had access to the renter Rich. He is very kind and laid back. The drive to Weat Yellowstone entrance is a 20 minute drive which was very close compared to other cabins we looked at (most were 1 hour away) Rich lent us his bear spray which thankfully we did not need to use, but generous to lend it to us. Quiet low key cabin, we awoke one morning at 4am to wolves howling which was lovely to hear. All and all a great place to stay for a couple. Will return in the years to come. Thank you Rich & Diane who we did not meet but that’s okay.

Island Park Cabin

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cabin, it was very cozy, comfortable and clean. We loved the location of being near woods and having a nice view of the lake. Rich, our host was awesome, very friendly and attentive. We are glad we chose to stay in this cabin while visiting Yellowstone.

Henry's Lake

We enjoyed our stay at the Hunt cabin in a quiet and scenic area. The cabin was clean and and well appointed. The Hunts were very welcoming pleasant people to meet. Henrys Lake is very close for fishing and Yellowstone Park is only about 15 miles away. There are also other interesting sites to see nearby.

Cozy getaway

We loved staying in this cozy cabin in the woods overlooking Henry’s Lake and near Yellowstone. This place was quiet and perfect for grilling out in the evenings and having coffee on the patio in the cool mornings. Seeing deer walk through the trees next to our cabin was amazing. Hosts were friendly, helpful and had great suggestions for local flare. Highly recommend!

Just what we were looking for

Great location, neat, small but roomy, amazing view. Owner went out of his way help us with a vehicle repair and accommodate a special request. Will definitely use this one when we are in Island Park again

Our family first discovered Island Park in 1960 while vacationing in the Yellowstone area. We were so enchanted by the uniqueness of the area that we decided to build our own home and guest cabin here in 1995.

We enjoy the beauty of the setting, the wildlife, and the proximity to Yellowstone Park and the Tetons, as well as the outstanding fly fishing and other outdoor recreational activities.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the peace and serenity that the area offers. We can walk out the door and hike in the national forest, ride bikes to the Continental Divide and the Centennial Valley in Montana, and cross county ski and snowmobile right out the door.
