Prepare to set sail at The Amelia Blue! This nautical inspired home will make your vacation dreams come true!

Upon arrival guests will notice the newly finished outdoor shower with hot and cold taps. A covered patio and fire pit complete the scene in this fully fenced yard.

The crisp color palette used throughout gets the beach vibes flowing from the start! Visitors will be greeted by the true centerpiece of this home, the stunning open staircase with a fun rope railing. Little travelers will enjoy the cozy play space with TV tucked under the stairs!

The beautiful living area features matching upholstered sofa and loveseat along with additional seating and a flat screen smart TV above the charming gas fireplace (ONLY for use only during the fall and winter months). Sliding glass doors provide access to the patio and flood the space with sunlight!

The fully equipped galley kitchen features a gas range, stainless appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals. The spacious dining area has table space for eight along with sliding glass doors leading to the side yard.

The gorgeous master suite is located upstairs and is furnished with a king bed, comfy chair, and a flat screen smart TV. The attached master bath features a generously sized vanity and beautifully tiled walk in shower. The full laundry is also on this level.

The second and third bedrooms are on the main level. One bedroom features a set of queen sized bunk beds while the other offers a queen sized bed. Both have flat screen smart TVs. The hall bath convenient to both bedrooms has double sinks and a combination bathtub shower.

Upon request guest will have access to an electric charging station in the garage for an additional fee. Be sure to check out the super fun glow in the dark garage floor!

This home is located at the quiet north end of Amelia Island and just a short stroll away from Main Beach Park, Fernandina Beach Skate Park, Salt Life Restaurant and The Sandbar & Kitchen.

This property has Youtube TV Access rather than traditional cable.

House was so stunning and clean. Had everything you could have needed for your stay. All appliances were top of the line, even the bathrooms. Beach was right down the block with easy access and parking. We brought our two young kids, so just for information purposes, the master is located upstairs with the spare bedrooms downstairs. The garage has a black light with floors that glow, my kids called it the “color room.” The outdoor and back porch space was perfect for spending time and playing. All of our family who came to visit also said how nice the house was. Hosts checked on us constantly to make sure we were okay. Will definitely be back!

Amazing beach home

The check in process was super easy. The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Parking was a little confusing on if we had to be on the gravel or if it was just an option. Property management was amazing and helpful.

This house was fantastic! We stay in loads of VRBOs, at least 4 each summer, and this house was the most modern, clean and well equipped rental! From fully electric toilets with seat warmers, bidets and bum dryers to a glass washer on the side of the sink, this place has it all! The kids loved the TV and soft lounger under the stairs! So close to hop down to the beach and a then a fancy outdoor shower when you return, complete with a cozy backyard with a modern grill and swings - it’s perfect! The garage is something else! The floor glows in the dark like an upside down planetarium! There were beach chairs, two carts, a large umbrella - everything you need! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place to stay for our Coastal Getaway

The home exceeded our expectations! This was our first time visiting Amelia Island and the home played a big part in our fun and enjoyment of the island. We loved being so close to the beach and historic downtown. We loved all the care, details, amenities, comfort and stylish interior design throughout the home! It had everything needed for fun on the beach and we loved all the board game options. And, our daughter was obsessed with the bunk bed! We definitely plan to revisit Amelia Island and have decided we must stay here again when we do!

Annual family beach vacation

Very nicely done property with thoughtful attention to every detail inside and out. Updated tech throughout. Well supplied kitchen. Outside shower w/ H&C. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean. Managing company checks in and very responsive. Lovely home on the quieter end of the island.

Spring break family trip

We really enjoyed staying at this property for spring break. The house has been remodeled very beautifully and is very comfortable and cozy. The beds were very comfortable which is a plus and the house has everything you need for cooking and also grilling outside. I will definitely rent this property again in the future.

We had a ball and it definitely would be one we would come back to. It was a great location for our family of 5 with 3 boy (9,6,and 4years of age). It was a nice secret hideaway tucked on the north end away from the crowds of the south end. It is a quick walk to the beach. It is just around the corner from Fort Clinch State Park where we spent most of our time searching for shark teeth. It is a quick drive from the downtown eateries. Every place we ate was great. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The kids said it was their favorite house they have stayed at so far. The boys LOVED the outside shower, the bunk beds with their own TV, the love sac nook with TV, and the small private yard. You can tell this place was put together with a family of small kids in mind.

From the time we stepped in the front door until we left 3 days later, the property exceeded our expectations. Spotless,well equipped,great quiet location, close to the beach, minutes to down town and updated with the latest technology. Kudos to the owner and management.

My wife and I spent two weeks at this house which is 3 short blocks from the beach on the north end of Amelia Island. The house had been redone a few years ago and was lovely with a spacious master suite upstairs and a comfortable living room, dining area and kitchen downstairs(where there are also 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom.There is a covered sitting area outside plus a picnic table and gas grill. The management team is excellent. Nearby are 2 beachy restaurants and it is a short drive into historic Fernandina for all its shopping and dining. We also enjoyed the Egan natural area for walking and biking.All in all, a great stay.

Wedding weekend

The house was absolutely beautiful. Great place to stay with my son & his family before our wedding. We had everything we needed. Host provided all the info we needed easy check-in & out. Hands down would recommend this house to stay in. My grandsons loved the queen bunk beds. And the area under the stairs.

Absolutely perfect

Our stay was phenomenal. There was nothing we were without — the space was fully outfitted with all of the necessities and more. The home had been beautifully updated and made to feel much bigger than it truly is with the addition of large mirrors and beachy-modern decor. We loved the fenced yard for privacy and safety with our 4 year old. The kids bunk room was amazing and full of things for him to explore. Thank you to Amelia Island Getaways for a seamless checkin and spot on communication. We felt so at home and loved every moment of our stay!

A true gem!

We were a group of 5 women in town for a breast cancer walk and the house was absolutely perfect! Love all of the decor and the little touches that make this house five stars. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfy, lots of seating for movie-watching, and loved the location. Our favorite thing was trying to figure out the fancy toilets! 😂 highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Mom weekend getaway

This was the best weekend for a few moms to just getaway for a few days and relax. House was very clean and perfect for the four of us. Location couldn't have been better. We could walk to the beach and it was a short drive to downtown where we enjoyed shopping and dining.

Well appointed home with all the amenities you could want. We loved our stay. Pros: fireplace w/ remote 6 TVs bunk room for kids - even big kids outdoor space quick walk to beach full size washer/dryer wide selection of board games close to Fort Clinch/restaurants/shops quiet Cons: master bath needs window treatment for privacy Would definitely stay again!
