Whether you`re looking for a romantic getaway, or fun for the whole family, this is the perfect spot. Welcome home!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained, and recently-renovated 2-story house, with a finished basement. There are 2 bedrooms, with queen beds, on the main floor, and a huge master suite, also with a queen bed, on the 2nd floor. There is a sleeper sofa (hide-a-bed) in the basement, as well as a pack `n play crib and inflatable mattress, which are located in the master suite walk-in closet. There are 3 full bathrooms, with each level of the home having its own. There is a cozy paver patio on the back side of the house, with a gas grill. Grilling utensils are located in the kitchen. There is a huge fenced-in backyard, and even a sandbox for the kiddos!

Guests have full access and 24-hour use of the entire property during their stay.

This house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just off of 12th Avenue North. It is only 5 blocks east of the beautiful NDSU campus, and one block off of Broadway.

Take a stroll around this quiet residential area in north Fargo. You are just 5 blocks from the NDSU campus, which is an easy walk. The edge of downtown is 6 blocks away, but is a bit of a longer walk. There are an abundance of taxis and Uber/Lyft drivers available to get you where you want to go, as well.
We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! To ensure everyone has an amazing experience, here are a few simple guidelines.

1. In compliance with local laws and regulations, no parties or extra guests are allowed. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.

2. For the health and comfort of all our guests, no smoking is allowed indoors. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any smoking in the home, regardless of any damages.

3. In compliance with local regulations and for the comfort of our neighbors, quiet hours are strictly enforced past 10 pm.

4. While we strive to ensure all amenities are available during your stay, mechanical issues can occasionally occur, and we always do our very best to remedy them as quickly as possible. Please report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly. Rest assured that all of our amenities are well maintained and are fully functioning more than 99% of the time!
