The Complex has a Community Pool AND a Boat Slip is included for Use During your Stay (launching ramp onsite).

The Beautiful Kitchen is Fully Stocked to Cook Up your Favorite Meal. The Breakfast Bar has seating for 3 and the Dining Table seats 6. The Main Living Space is waterfront and offers a 55" Roku TV. Sink into the Down Feather Sectional Sofa while you Read a Book or Stream your Favorite Show!

The Primary Bedroom features a King Size Bed, Wall Mount Flat Screen Roku TV, a Fabulous EnSuite Bath and a Private Patio. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and EnSuite Bath. The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, Flat Screen Roku TV with the 3rd Full Bathroom right next to the Bedroom. *There is a Bonus Room that includes a Twin Daybed and a Twin Trundle - Perfect for the Kiddos!

The property was very nice and exactly as listed. I appreciated the attention to detai and the owners style. There were disposable face cloths wipes and specific wash cloths for my face. The couches were feather down, pots and pans great quality, and coffee and flavored creamer were complimentary. It was impressive to see the attention to the little things. It warmed my heart and made me feel like I was welcomed and wanted as a guest. The beds were very comfortable and the great view off of the back deck is where I enjoyed my coffee in the morning.

Memorial Day Weekend

Great view on the porch and from the inside with all the windows facing the lake. Nice boat slip easy to access. Bedrooms were all good size and the master suite was really great.

Perfect getaway🙂

Melissa made the whole process stress free. And the condo was inviting and comfortable for the five of us. Our 6 year old grandson honed his swimming skills in the pool. Relaxing on the deck couldn’t be better. We were only 20 minutes from all of our planned activities. 👍👍🙂🙂

The best birthday weekend ever!

We got to have our son and grandsons stay with us this weekend at Farr Shores for my birthday. This was the first vacation with the grands, which meant the world to us. The condo was perfect for the five of us, and the boys had plenty of room to play. We all love the condo and would love to return next year for another family vacation. Melissa was an excellent host and was there if we needed anything.

My moms 80th Birthday

Place was stunning!! The view of Lake Hamilton beautiful! The house is exactly like was listed!! The beds so comfortable, the house so clean and the host even went above and beyond with getting my moms favorite cake, birthday candles and birthday balloons and was at the house when we arrived!! We could not have asked for a better host!! We have already made plans to come stay at this house again! We had the best time!! Thank you!!

Family Vacation

This property is just as pictured! Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pots, dishes and cooking utensils are plentiful and new. The electric grill works very well. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Only suggestion, property could make parking spots clearer for renters and also, we did experience spiders in condo. All in all it is a beautiful condo with beautiful views.

Amazing

My husband and i come to hot springs several times a year. We always stay at Farr Shores. We love it at Farr Shores. This trip we brought along our adult children and grandbaby (2year old). This was a first time staying in this unit, and let me tell you, it was amazing. The host thought of everyhting, fresh pastries, cookies, and even fresh baked dog treats for our fur grandbaby. The condo was immaculate. Everything we needed was there for us. The view was amazing and there was enough space for us to spread out if we needed space but still felt cozy for when we were all hanging out. The host was more than accommodating with our special requests. Hands down an amazing experience and worth every penny. We will be back!!!

Excellent Property

The photographs and description of the property were spot on. We can't say enough good things about this property and experience.The property management company are terrific hosts and made us feel very welcome.The ease of communication with was flawless. The kitchen had everything we needed from Coffee Makers, utensils and plates,to cookware. The bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash soap. There was plenty of drawer and closet space, The deck was the whole length of the building and on the sides. The view of the lake was spectacular. We were there for a destination wedding so we didn't utilize the boat dock, tennis courts, etc. However, we were 7 minutes from where the wedding occurred (Anthony Chapel) which made it superconvenient. When we travel back to Hot Springs for a vacation, we will return to this property if it is available, it was that good and comfortable to stay in.

The Perfect View!

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at the condo we rented in Hot Springs, AR! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning view that greeted us – it made every morning and evening a truly magical experience. The condo was stocked with every amenity we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had restful nights. The bathrooms were nothing short of luxurious, with beautiful fixtures and plenty of space. The kitchen was a chef's dream, equipped with modern appliances and everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. The location couldn't have been more perfect – close to all the attractions we wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and tranquility. The pool was pristine and perfect for lounging and cooling off. Access to the boat dock was seamless, making our boating adventures hassle-free and enjoyable. Melissa and Ashton were phenomenal hosts, always responsive and ready to assist with any questions we had. Their attentiveness made our stay even more pleasant and stress-free. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We are already planning our next trip back to this incredible condo. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Hot Springs!

This property makes you feel like you are in a boat! The unobstructed lake and mountain views are just mesmerizing. The complex is quaint and very peaceful... you will love its proximity to Historic Downtown and all that Hot Springs has to offer!

This property was originally 2 - 2 Bedroom | 2 Bath Condos. The owners combined both units to create a 3 Bedroom | 3 Bath Unit with a bonus room for kids to sleep (day bed and trundle bed). Not only is this unit the most spacious of any unit in the complex, the Lakefront Patio is Double the Size! Each Building has 4 units, but Building 4 only has 3 units and the Entire Top Floor is The VIEW! Very Cool! Also, the buildings are not stacked on top of each other like other complexes, Farr Shores is spread out along the shoreline with landscaped grounds, mature trees and walkways for owners and guests. There is a community pool and this unit includes a Boat Slip!
