The Space:

READ BEFORE BOOKING: NO FRONT 2ND FLOOR BALCONY ACCESS DURING MARCH/APRIL 2026. PENIDNG REPAIR THAT DOES NOT AFFECT THE REST OF THE HOUSE. NO CONSTRUCTION WILL BE DONE DURING YOUR STAY. The balcony is very small and we are confident there is no lack of quality due to this but simply advertising this for transparency. Discounted pricing already applied for this for the month of march/april!!



Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the sand and a short walk to Starbucks and Breezy's coffee shops, an assortment of restaurants, and a few minutes from Whole Foods grocery stores.

The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, full dining sets, Nespresso coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You get to enjoy the private fenced in backyard all to yourself with lounging furniture and a grill.

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. This unit is walking distance to Beach hut Cafe, Bono’s Pit BBQ, Kamiya 86 and Eleventh South Bistro.

Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Beach towels are provided. You can comfortably sleep 11 people!



Hot tub service comes Tuesdays between 11-1 and Fridays after 1pm for a quick service and cleaning to keep the hot tub in great condition for your use!

Getting Around:

There is a Whole Foods 0.7 miles away. There are also many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!
