Cozy Aframe with Hot Tub

Cozy, moody A-Frame cabin in the Great Lakes Bay area. Perfect for a couple or small group getaway. This unique space makes you want to relax all day in your pjs and a cup of coffee. It's also close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit - only 5 minutes to downtown bay city shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. Only 25 minutes to Frankenmuth and 10 minutes to beach - Lake Huron.

Welcome to the A-Frames on Heavenridge.

As you pull in to the drive way, you will actually notice two A-frame cabins on the property that are connected by the garages in the center (two separate and private living quarters with no shared doors. It's sort of like a townhome). The property was built in 1971, updated over the years but still has it's charm and character, and there is nothing quite like it.

There is free parking in the driveway for two cars or a truck with a boat (must park cars back to back in front of the garage).

The Aframe you will stay at has 3 bedrooms/1 bath with central AC and Heat.

The best part about the Aframe is the open living space with exposed beams, high ceilings, and large windows that will immediately captivate you.

Living/Dining Area includes:

- 4k smart 55in TV to access your streaming accounts

The Kitchen on the first floor includes all the essentials, plus:
- Samsung stainless steel appliances
- A Keurig coffee maker and kettle for tea
- Some sugar, creamer, regular/decaf pods, and tea bags are complimentary
- Ninja blender, toaster, microwave, and tools for cooking and baking

The Full Bathroom on the first floor includes:
- White bath, wash, and hand towels
- Towels for make up removal and a make up mirror
- Premium Public goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Hair dryer and tissue

The Master Bedroom on the first floor includes:
- Comfortable King Bed with cooling memory foam
- 2 Robes
- Soft cotton sheets/pillow cases

The 1st Bedroom in the loft includes:
- Comfortable Queen Bed with cooling memory foam
- Soft cotton sheets/pillow cases

The 2nd Bedroom in the loft includes:
- Comfortable Twin Bed with cooling memory foam
- Soft cotton sheets/pillow cases

The laundry room includes:
- Samsung Front load washer and dryer
- A few washing pods are complimentary

The backyard patio is private and is full of premium amenities including:
- Gas grill (available Spring thru Fall)
- Patio table
- Adirondack chairs
- Hot Tub (open all year around)
- Fire pit (fire wood and firestarter not provided)

We are close to everything:
- 3 minutes to Grocery stores and Walgreens.
- 5 minutes to Downtown Bay City.
- 5 minutes to largest Antique stores in Michigan.
- 7 minutes to Uptown Bay City.
- 8 minutes to Bay County Golf.
- 10 minutes to Saginaw Bay.
- 14 minutes to Lake Huron Beach.
- 15 minutes to Saginaw.
- 20 minutes to Midland.
- 25 minutes to Frankenmuth.

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10pm - 7am.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood and parties are not allowed. We want our guests to have a good time but please keep the noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors. Per Airbnb's recommendation, we have installed a noise monitor inside the house. Failure to follow the quiet hour requirements will result in a minimum $250 fine and a phone call to local law enforcement.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS:
We do have two exterior cameras at to ensure the property is safe at all times. One near the front entrance (which can see all cars/people that enter) and one near the back entrance (which can see all of the backyard, including fire-pit and hot tub).

CHILDREN SAFETY:
Please keep an eye on your younger children. Lots of share edges along with steep, floating stairs. We are not liable for any accidents during your stay. Please do not book if you feel the space is not suitable for children.

PETS:
Due to family allergies, we do not allow pets in the home. If you are traveling with a service animal, we will do our very best to accommodate you, but we would encourage you to look for other pet friendly accommodations.

HOUSE RULES:
- Max of 5 people and no unregistered guests.
- No parties and loud music.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) both inside and outside the house.
- No illegal activity.
- Do not flush sanitary items down the toilet.

Failure to observe any of the house rules will result in a minimum $250 fine.

CHECK IN Procedure:
- A few days prior to your check in date, we will message you detailed check in instructions
- We will message you self checkin door code the day of check in
- Check in is at 3pm or later

CHECK OUT Procedure:
- Check out is at 10am.
- Please rinse all dirty dishes and put them in dishwasher.
- Please leave used towels on bathroom floor.
- Put any moved furniture/patio chairs back where it was.

Your cleaning fee covers a normal amount of clean up in addition to washing/ folding linen and folding your washed towels. Any additional cleaning (i.e. excess trash, dirt, stains, etc) will result in an additional cleaning charge.

We do not expect our guests to clean or remove bedding during their stay, but we do expect guests to respect our home. We would appreciate it if you leave the house in the same or better condition as you found it :)
