The Eagle's Nest is a beautiful and welcoming home located in one of Stowe's most desirable neighborhoods. With 5,000 feet of finished living space, you'll agree it's perfect for a large family or friends enjoying Stowe together.
We love this home for its beauty, character, and comfort. The Eagle's Nest is an expansive home, made for entertaining. A large stone waterfall island 'makes a splash' as the centerpiece of the gorgeous kitchen, featuring custom cabinetry and high-end appliances. Meals are enjoyed in the sunroom—the dining table set under a lovely clerestory. The great room and living room are linked with a bank of windows, featuring whimsical stained-glass accents, and separated by a handsome wood fireplace on one side and a warming wood stove on the other. A finished lower level adds a bonus family room with cozy couches, a poker table, TV, and a bunk room. Four large, well-appointed bedrooms on the two upper floors with dedicated bathrooms round out the interior. Throughout, this welcoming home is decorated with neutral hues, tasteful pops of color, and artistic touches.
Vying for attention, the exterior is just as generous in size and amenities! A large deck, with comfortable seating for dining plein air and relaxing, leads to a hot tub.
