This second-floor condo sits a quarter-mile from the base of the Sunrise Lift, the Cabriolet Lift, and the Red Pine Gondola, and within a third of a mile of the resort base and an assortment of restaurants, apres-ski spots, and gear shops. The base of Park City Mountain (five miles), the Main Street Historic District (five miles), and Deer Valley Resort (eight miles) are within easy striking distance as well. Back at home on the grounds of the condo, you'll have access to a pool, a hot tub, and tennis courts.

Spend sparkling summer days outside on your shaded balcony, taking in the mountain view, barbecuing on the gas grill, and lingering at golden hour with mugs of coffee or cocoa. When the evening air turns chilly, move inside to curl up by the gas fireplace and watch movies on cable and streaming in the living room.

In the mornings, prepare breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down for pancakes at the dining room table, and grab a warm pair of socks from the washer/dryer on your way out the door to the slopes. Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite on the main floor; the second is upstairs with an attached sleeping loft.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
