Important Information

Canvas is a residential condominium community. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, all reservations are subject to condominium association approval.

We will assist you throughout the entire approval process and cover the non-refundable $150 application fee for the first adult or married couple. Applications should ideally be submitted at least 14 days before arrival. Applications cannot be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, and completed application packages must be submitted no later than 3 business days before check-in, excluding weekends.

Reservations made less than 4 days before arrival are subject to an additional $50 rush processing fee payable by the applicant. We have never had an application denied, but in the unlikely event that an application is not approved by the association, the guest will be allowed to canceld all VRBO funds paid will be fully refunded.
