Settle in to Serenity on Seneca at this beautiful lakeside escape!

This romantic couples getaway or family-friendly lakefront gem is perfect for those looking to explore the local wine country or brewery scene, incredible hiking/natural beauty, and many attractions nearby. With two restaurants/bars walking distance from the property and several wineries within a few mile radius, this is the perfect home base to discover what the Finger Lakes region has to offer.

Make yourself at home as you enter the living space with sweeping water views! Enjoy the screened in porch overlooking Seneca Lake and relax enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of local Finger Lakes wine. The private front yard is yours to enjoy with your own fire pit overlooking the water from above. There are lawn chairs and firewood available for your use. Off the screened in porch, step out to the side deck where you can BBQ your favorite foods on the new gas grill.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials including a full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, two coffee makers (drip and french press), crock pot, food processor, blender and lake friendly dishes. The spacious living room is cozy with a large couch (two recliners in couch) and a large reclining chair. Enjoy a seating area to join the others or enjoy your favorite book. There are two separate dining areas (one in the kitchen) and the other in the dining space with spectacular views of the lake.

The space offers two bedrooms (one bedroom with a brand new queen bed and one bedroom with brand new twin bunk-beds). The den/office space is furnished with a full bed. The bathroom is spacious with a large stand-up shower.

Other perks of the home include a large and beautiful dock for swimming and tying up a boat or jet-skis with a covered seating area for dining, relaxing and bird watching. The home also includes a full work-from-home space with a printer and large desk. We also offer 2 yoga mats, 2 stand-up paddle boards, rafts, cornhole and horseshoes for families to enjoy!

Clean, cozy cottage with great views!

This was our first time visiting rhe Finger Lakes and we had a great stay! The cottage was very clean, cozy and quiet, and the owner provided a lot of nice touches and extras. The view of the lake was the best part of the stay and we spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and the dock. The location was great - just a short drive to many different attractions. We would definitely stay there again!

Great communication from host. Location was perfect - right about the middle of the western side of Seneca Lake. Easy access to many hikes, wineries and shopping. 2 restaurants within walking distance. What a beautiful area to visit. We loved the open living room of our cottage - plenty of room for our morning workouts!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this nice little cottage on Seneca Lake. The house had everything we needed and some nice extras, including a covered seating area on the dock and of course the amazing view of the lake.

We had a great experience staying at this location. It was close to many wineries and food options! We loved having the dock option to sit on. We did think the boathouse would be set up as an area too to spend time in and thought it also had a bed but regardless we loved the house and would stay again! Our host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. They even recommended us a local automotive repair shop when one of our vehicles had an issue and we were able to get it resolved the same day thanks to the recommendation!

Celebrating mutual 30 year anniversary with friends. Rented pontoon boat just a short walk down the road at the marina. Had a great time, met nice people, enjoyed the powerboat rally that was happening that weekend, loved touring the lake, had really nice meals with friends on the property in the wonderful screened in porch and on the dock across the street. The owners were quick and efficient with our request for a refilled propane tank, among other things. They had SUP boards available for our use as well. Oh, and we also got to enjoy the fireworks from the marina down the street! Great property wonderful hosts and we would rent again.

The location of the house, in relation to traveling to explore the area, was excellent. The hosts were very nice and communicated effectively. The house was clean with a very relaxing atmosphere. The view of the lake was beautiful. The small sets of steps in the house are unsafe. One set had a large gap between the step and the wall causing my husband to fall (luckily only 2 steps). The second set had no handrail. The very steep driveway is deceptive in the photos.
