Big back yard with firepit, hammock, and charcoal grill. Lounging on front and back porches surrounded by beautiful magnolias and pine trees. This property is raised 8 feet and requires ability to climb stairs.

Home sleeps 6 total. All rooms offer beautiful southern views overlooking the expansive private backyard a canal and private dock nestled in front of a private tree line.

The lower bedroom is converted to a full at-home office that offers two fully stocked bookcases, a large desk and a large computer monitor that will easily plug into most laptops. Enjoy this remote workspace that overlooks the peaceful water and is humming with songbirds.

The other two bedrooms are on the top floor. Both are connected with a newly renovated bath/shower. Each room has its own private view of the water and is high up in the trees so as to enjoy expansive views.

Large, vaulted ceiling living room includes a 60-in smart tv (free Netflix and HULU included), a large sectional sofa, 2-person sleeper sofa, breakfast bar, and plenty of magazines and games to keep you and your family/friends entertained to your hearts content.

Full kitchen also newly renovated, with all new appliances, utensils, pots and pans, drinkware, dishes, toaster, spices, microwave, stove, and dishwasher.

Laundry room with washer and dryer included.

Lounge on the new front porch furniture and enjoy the beautiful magnolia trees and quaint homes of the neighborhood or on the back porch furniture, porch swing or hammock and soak up the expansive privacy of the large fenced in backyard overlooking the canal with trees in the backdrop. Backyard includes a firepit and a charcoal grill along with Bluetooth radio for ultimate enjoyment in barbequing and relaxing.

Bring your kayaks or boat and enjoy only a 10-20 minute ride (motor depending) to the Tchefuncte River. Boat launch is less than 1 mile from property.
