This beautiful and spacious home is perfect for families, offering ample off-street parking for your convenience. You’ll find a two-car garage as well as room for an additional four vehicles in the driveway, ensuring plenty of parking no matter the size of your group. Our residence is nestled just minutes away from important local landmarks, including OUS Hospital, the bustling downtown Columbus area, the Convention Center, and the renowned Ohio State Fair, among other attractions.

You will have access to the entire house during your stay, allowing you and your family to feel completely at home. I’m here to assist you with anything you might need and will be available throughout your visit to ensure you have a wonderful experience.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES

1. No unregistered guest/visitors allowed unless discussed with host

2. Absolutely no PARTIES or GATHERING in the unit.

3. Smoking, Candles, Incendiaries
No smoking or vaping inside the premises. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking or vaping occurs inside the home, there will be a minimum charge of $450 for deodorizing, cleaning, or any other remediation necessary. If there is evidence of smoking activity occurring in other areas, guests will be subject to additional fines for cleaning and will be responsible for all costs and any damage from ashes or fire hazard as a direct result of this negligence.
Absolutely no burning of candles or other incendiaries such as sparklers, fireworks, roman candles, bottle rockets etc. while staying as a guest at this property, inside or outside. This includes the surrounding areas such as the street.

4. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal at the dining table

5. Please take care of the furnishings. You WILL have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. There will be an additional $250 cleaning applied if violated.
. No weapons are allowed on the property

7. Pets
Pets are not allowed at this property. Documented Service Animals are always welcome, however, this exception does not apply to emotional support animals unless previous accommodation is requested and approved by the hosts with additional fees and agreement.
Neighboring residents may have pets; please respect neighbors and their pets by not interacting with them. While this home is located in a city, occasional wildlife may be observed such as skunks, possums, raccoons, birds, squirrels etc. We hope you enjoy any wildlife you may observe, but please do not feed or harm them.

8. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair

9. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime

10. Please do not rearrange the furniture

11. {Extra Cleaning POLICY} If the house is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning, the guest will be charged $50/hour for additional time spent by the cleaning crew exceeding 2 hours cleaning, {this includes excess dirt caused by unauthorized pets, in house walking with outside shoes on}. Any biohazard mess {including pet poop or pee inside and outside} left by a guest will be charged an extra $80 minimum, depending on severity.

IF ANY OF THE RULES ARE VIOLATED. IT WILL RESULTS IN IMMEDIATELY CANCELATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND AND YOU AGREE TO IMMEDIATELY DEPART THE PREMISES UPON REQUEST OF THE OWNER OR THEIR MANAGER/REPRESENTATIVE.
