Morning View 1 was my “home” for 58 days. It was very comfortable and most conveniently located. The hosts were amazing and very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend Morning View 1 in the lovely Berea community.

Cozy, quiet and clean!

Stayed here with my family while in town for my graduation from EKU. Fast and clear communication from the hosts. Everything we needed was there and made our stay easy and enjoyable.

Warm, Cozy, Felt Like Home

My family of 4 stayed at "Morning View 1" the week of Thanksgiving 2024 while we visited my parents. Allen, Luke, & Nathan were great hosts. From the beginning, communication was quick and clear. The property was exactly as described and made a great place for us to relax and enjoy our time in Berea. The kitchen and dining room were perfect for us to cook a full Thanksgiving meal to take out to my parents. Everything was neat, aesthetically pleasing and operational. We felt relaxed and refreshed. Thanks for a great stay, Allen, Luke, & Nathan!
